I'm not a personal trainer but one of the more popular gyms here in Vegas is LVAC (Las Vegas Athletic Club).

From what i hear (from a reliable source) a lot of the casinos hire trainers to work with the stars to keep them in shape for upcoming performances so that may be an avenue you might want to look at.

Funny you posted on that -
I'm headed out to Vegas on Wednesday and while I'm out there
I'll be talking to Dan Eiden who's a top independent trainer out
there - I'm going to record it and put it up as a lesson and profile
on my blog - he relocated to Vegas from Chicago so he's in a similar
situation to yours and really doing what a lot of us got into this
business for in the first place -
I'll be sure to ask him your questions and any others you or anyone
else here's got so let me know -
And I wrote a post on my blog about my vegas trip that you can
check out here:

Hey Man - thanks for asking -
Yeah Vegas was crazy - here's the link to a post I wrote about my time there:
http://super-trainer.com/personal-trainers-welcome-to-the-secret-society-completely-self-indulgent-post-how-im-the-coolest-guy-on-earth-greetings-from-vegas-written-while-in-drunken-rage/
I was also at the Rehab party - I had a bungalow right next to Terrel Owens and Sean Merriman - and got a picture with Big Jay Cutler outside, although I didn't see him inside the party (maybe he didn't get in?!) - my boys got the pic and I'll post it soon -
The weather was ****ty (cloudy and rain) which is real strange for Vegas and killed all day-time poolside game -
Me and Dan Eiden were supposed to meet that Sunday, but I was at Rehab the entire day so we couldn't do it - to be honest I haven't had a chance to call him since I got back but thanks for the reminder - I'll shoot him an email today -
I'm planning to go back the second weekend of July for the NSCA and IDEA conferences, which are both being held on the same weekend out there - if you are anyone else is going let me know -

Yeah, I was interested in moving to LV. Have been a trainer here in Houston; alot of my clients are the wives/ex-wives of professional sports stars.
Being 6'2" and 260 and lean, they approve of the expense because I know what I'm doing with them and how far I can push them in the gym and making sure they adhere to diet.
Wondering if I could recreate the same client base in LV as in Houston. It's probably harder because of no pro teams.
