I have a few clients who are friends/family so they train together. The groups range from 2-4 clients at once. The gym advertises that its the same price for more than one person to train at once (even though we we change whatever we want).

The benefit is that its cheaper for them as they split the costs but it sucks as its difficult to give them all the attention they need and its usually ALOT more work.

These tend to be the ones that stay around the longest. Some are great to train with, others are a pain even if just one of them is not motivated. Also, its hard to train a group when its busy

How do you go about this and what do you charge?

Do you have any things you specifically do with multiple clients?

I had 2 sisters for a while and then recently two friend girls

2 isnt that hard really and its sort of more fun in a way. The hard part might be if 1 of them is in way better shape than the other.

for abs id have em do various medicine ball passes between them. sometimes theyd trade off on an exercise with no rest between. in other words they rested while the other one did the set. I had to sort of watch it because id tend to push the pace a little too fast and they both end up on the floor.

yep i find two is fine. Four is better than 3 which really sticks as they can work together in pairs.

With even numbers your was somewhat superset either agonistic or antagonistic muscle groups.

Its a nightmare where i have 3 clients come all with different goals and fitness levels.
