Hi all, currently sitting at 180cm and 80kg, at around 18-20% bf. Hoping to hit 74kg by 30/06/08.
Since I'm just another piss-poor college student, I'm going to keep it simple in terms of diet. It will consist mainly of chicken, tuna, eggs, cheese and peanut butter. Planning to go 6 weeks with only 5 cheat meals (social situations only) which I will count as refeeds. After which, I'll spend 2 weeks phasing in carbs for maintainance upon reaching my goal weight.
I won't really be counting calories, just eating sensible portions when I'm hungry. Trying for at least 30min a day of medium-intensity cardio.
Start date: 18/05/08
End date: 30/06/08
Here goes!

I'm 5' 11" 160 lbs, I gained about 12 lbs in 3 and a half months of trying to cleanly bulk, and I have been cutting now for about a week. I will continue cutting for another month and a half or so. My diet consists of eggwhites, chicken breast, whey, tuna, and sometimes cottage cheese. I train 5-6 days a week, while doing 45 minutes of cardio every day as well. I also started using MuscleTech's "Shredded Stack" this morning, hopefully it helps. I'll keep a watch on this thread, and let you know how it goes for me also. Goodluck

This is a bad idea -- you should not cheat 5 times like this....a social dinner is fine IF you have been following CKD properly...what does your lifting look like? Why aren't you eating red meat?

Well red meat is expensive where I live, and I actually really like chicken, so it's easier for me to stick to. As for lifting, I'm gonna be hitting it about 2-3x a week, full body compounds. It looks something like this:
Deadlifts 5x5
Pullups 5x5
Flat Bench Press 5x5
Military Press 5x5
I don't really get what you're saying about the whole cheat meal thing. Do you mean that I should not look at social gatherings as cheat meals, or do you mean that I should not cheat at all?
Also, good luck to AhmedAttia on your cut! We're all in this together, haha.
