I have been training roughly for two years. I just want to take some supplements I bought before they were taken off the shelves.
My diet will consist of rice, beans, steak, chicken, cottage cheese, peanut butter, wheat bread, and oatmeal. I will eat every two hours as many times a day as I can.

My training will be a 6 or 7 day split along with Kickboxing / MMA classes.
My stack will look like this:

Bulk Tabs 500 mg days 1 - 15
