Aight whats up, I decided to hit up a journal so I can get help from others and see my progress. I won't be updating it everyday but here and there when I get the chance. Ive struggled a lot threw my life, my junior year of highschool I weighed 235, after football I lost it to 200, then senior year I got poison ivy and couldnt do **** for 3 month and gained like 25 pounds of fat lol. Trust me worst case of poison ivy and you'll see the scars on the first pic. Then I got diagnosed with either IBS or severe constipation which I still have :( but its goin quickly. I just started lifting again, I quit lifting on November and just kept running til the end of April. Anyways heres pics.

I weighed 191 about a week ago, and started taking creatine and I weigh like 197ish now, is that normal?
Anyways I ran today for 35 min because it's a thursday and I only workout Mon-Wed-Fri and Run/Cardio Everyday for 35 minutes.

Yes! My bench has gone way up this past couple month or the last time I replied. Ive gained couple lbs. im steady at 198 and now benching 225. today I did 225x5,5,5,4 214x5 im excited. lol
