I'm 15 and I play high school baseball and this season pretty much everything has gone wrong with my arm. Massive swelling all the time, restricted movement, pain on inner elbow, cracking and catching whenever I bend/twist it. And I can see a tendon pass over my funny bone when I bend it. I think it may be Little League Elbow and from what I understand (from reading the symptoms, I may have a pretty bad case. If I get surgery for this, will it affect my throw when I recover? Like will my throw be weaker?

You're 15. Take care of your arm before you worry about your throw. You have a lot of time to play baseball later. That being said, of course initially it will affect you, but lots of people do a fully recovery if they folloy the PT and or surgeon's instructions. Don't assume you need surgery, get it checked out by a couple docs.
