I'm noticing after I do my chest exercises that the fat part of my thumb and wrists get very sore. The wrist soreness tends to go away, but the thumb remains very tender.
I'm assuming this is a result of the "Push" action on the bar.
Is this a sign of bad form or technique or is this normal for a noob and will go away once those parts get stronger?
