Im prepping for a photoshoot for next thursday and this is what I got
Sat: no carbs, 3 gallons water
Sun: same
Mon: same
Tues: same
Wed: carb up, stop water intake later in the day
Thus: carb and water depend on physique, shoot
I also have xpel on had but im not sure how or when to incorporate it.
Any help would be great, thanks.
