View Full Version : Training the other parts when injury

Hi men, i have a problem with my coxa, i ?m afraid it can take quite long time to recovery, but i would like to train apart from this.

I have a little doubts in two things

- warming-up - i cannot do any aerobic activity do get warm up before training, so im afraid of another injury - f.e. craned or broken muscle
- i want to train my ab, but don?t know if it worths it when i cannot do running, cycling etc

ps: well i have an idea about what is not suitable to train for my injury, but if you have any tips you can write it, thanks anymore
