i went through 3 tubs of it, i gained 8 lbs.
for the first tub i actually did 3 servings a day, but i was getting belly fat, so i changed it to one serving post workout, which helped alleviate the problem. I used chocolate, tasted great in water other than the high sugar

there is quite a bit of no so good carbs, but if it fits into your daily caloric needs and your body is fine with higher GI sugars, no it won't make you fat. 1000 calories on it's own will not make you fat.

2x. Listen to this guy, OP.

I've tried all kinds of gainers, and I'm getting the best results from whey 'n' oats pre/pwo.

I never knew cooking oatmeal and throwing a scoop of whey on top was so hard, and adding some natty PB,

hell its cheper too, and your body will thank you instead of loading it with junk in malto/dex which isnt necessary period.

I use American Whey right now (not carried on bb.com, I don't think anyways) 10 lbs for $60 shipped if you shop around, chocolate and banana are very good IMO.

you didn't gain 6 pounds because of procomplex, you gained 6 pounds because procomplex fit into your total daily caloric needs. A good, quick option is 2 scoops of protein, 2 cups of milk, and ~40g of supercarb. Ground up oats are always an option, kind of a pain and not convenient if you're not in the house, but there none the less. I think MHP makes a decent one with quality carbs.
