My mom is in medical equipment sales for the handicapped and has been studying for her own exams on diseases and what not..She has been using a website that visually shows how everything works in the body, skeletally and muscularly..I haven't gotten far into it yet, but she just sent it to me. Seems like a great reference if your having trouble retaining anything!!

www.getbodysmart.com

it covers the following..

skeletal system
muscle tissue physiology
muscular system
nervous system
circulatory system
respiratory system
urinary system
histology

hope it helps!

I know hardly anything about all of this...but I'm new to bodybuilding and am debating one day becoming a PT. Been looking over the site a bit and it looks really interesting and helpful. THANKS!

Thank you very much. I am studying NASM and this site is probably helpful. Its so hard to remember all the muscle in Chapter 4 of NASM book.
