I have been on a keto diet for about 5 months and cut around 70 lbs. I am now looking to strip the last bit of remaining fat. I am going to be following Vince Gironda's max-def diet which is outlined in his Unleashing the Wild Physique. The basic diet is unlimited fish, meat and eggs spread over 3 meals. The only milk products allowed on the diet are butter and cream. He suggests eating a high carbohydrate meal with No Protein every 4-5 days to refill glycogen. This meal should consist of any of the following: pasta, potato, grain, fruit. The only supplements I will be taking are liver tablets with each meal and a multi-vitamin.

My basic workout split is:
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Back & Shoulders
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Arms
Cardio - 3-5x per week

I will be updating this thread every day with my meals and progress.

Today was chest day. Went really well and increased weights from last week.

Breakfast: 8 eggs
Lunch: 1.5 lbs stewing beef + 4 eggs
Dinner: 1 lb top round beef + 4 eggs
