I trained in the morning today so I wont be having any othr physical activity for the day...
We have crap all in the house, and I was wondering If it'd be ok have a 'breakfast' for dinner
Oats+milk+whey+PB
660cal - 70c + 44p + 20f
it wouldnt have veggies (none at home) so is this ok:)

Absolutely not.
The human body is programmed to only digest breakfast type foods between 6am and 10:30am. That's why jack in the box stops serving breakfast at 10:30; it's for your safety.

i meant in regards to this 'nutrient timing'...
I might even be out with mates - no doubt it'll be takeout food , then mothers day feast on sun then birthday cheat on wed!!:) could be a big week, just trying not get dirty in my bulk

I think its fine, when I was at uni the rugby coaches would sometimes get us to eat in reverse order. Like breakfast was Chicken and Veg but dinner was a bowl of oats and some fruit. If it fits your macros then it doesnt really matter that much when you have the food, at least in my opinion.
