So I got back from the gym today after doing some HIIT and my face felt like it was drying out. Then I started to feel it in my back and everywhere else to. I was thinking WTF?! Then I remembered that I had 2 scoops of Purple Wraath instead of 1 so I'm actually feeling the affects of beta-alanine. I'm relieved, but I don't like the feeling.

I guess I can say that I noticed a little bit. I took a nap and woke up 18 minutes past my alarm clock. I had to sprint to class, but I still ended up being late. It feel like my legs were super tired or anything.

I was posing in the stretching area where the lighting is just PERFECT. Love the lighting there. Definitely gotta figure out how I can do my final posing there!

Normally if you have trouble getting the weight up after you kick off with the dumbbells and get into position, it usually means your chest is too weak. ;) I don't understand why guys need help up on their exercises with Dumbbells. the bottom portion is where the targeted muscle is worked whether it's flat db presses or seated db presses.

My chest is too weak if I can't get it to ready position? I didn't know that. I always felt peak contraction at the top of the movement and not at the bottom lol But I can see how if you cannot contract your pecs to bring it up that there is some weakness in the chest for that.

1) Good job at the DB Press. I started to do standing MP before DB press so I can't get 60s up anymore. Keep working hard man. One day we will hit 65s together!
2) Nice job on the DB chest press as well. Keep pushing, I know you can get those 90s easily. Get a spotter IMO just for motivation.

here's a story about what just happened to me and i was telling a friend on AIM...

Wow... My back is soooo sore... Especially the lats and trapz... It's pretty out of control lol Forearms are surprisingly not sore even though I had mad pumpz in them. I guess the pumpz in the forearms hurt so much that I didn't notice the massive back pumpz which are now owning me. ACK. But good. lol

Last final tomorrow from 1-3. Prob gonna do shoulders and arms tomorrow. Then legs on friday. Then back on saturday maybe. But 3 days of working out back to back would kill me.

I usually do the time I can go. If I'm available the whole day, I go when my partner can go if he is restricted.

But if you want to go by yourself, just ask someone to spot you. ANYONE and tell them how (I like to be supported at the elbows for DB's)

I'm stuck at 162. But finals are killing my schedule of eating, sleeping, and training. Thank goodness I'm not losing size!

Overall, I think I keep gaining muscle while keeping fat the same (as in as muscle mass increases, bodyfat stays the same, thus bf% going down. Is that possible? lol looks like it :p 6 pack is coming in nicely. haha long parenthesis statement kekekeke)

hahaha thanks man. my arms aren't that strong. I can't do 21's after a back workout and hit up a lot of weight lol. Maybe I'll do 21's on shoulder/arm day and see if I can do more.

16 workouts. Yeah, changes are pretty minimal because it ran through my finals time and I took long times to rest because soreness was quite high. I'll have my final review later on all that stuff though.

I've taken Novadex XT, and it realy works! I gained 3kg (6.6pounds) in one month, and I cant see any fat gained. I just ate alot and drank loads of gainers ;)

This stuff tastes good and I really believe that the ingredients in this product are solid. I've taken it before stand-alone with great results and the good times keep on rollin'! Definitely a treat intra-workout!

Great energy from the pre-workout supplement. If I had to compare it to past pre-workout supplements I have done full tubs of, I'd have to put SP250 in third with WhiteFlood and SteelEdge tying for first. Sorry Gaspari :o But they provided us with so freaking much of it! I don't need to take 2 or 3 scoops. 1 is more than sufficient for me so it last very VERY long! The taste of this was also very strong for my taste... 1 scoop plus 20 oz of water is still really strong too. But I have sensitive taste buds...

HOly PUmpz BAtman!!! It was incredibly painful to get pumps sometimes that I would cut sets and exercises short... I think my body cannot handle all 10 capsules in a blisterpacket... :o Shoulda done like 7-8... But for the sake of the log, I took it as instructed. Vascularity was extremely high and I think that it gave me crazy morning wood (alongside Novedex XT) hahaha

Novedex XT:
I don't know what happened to my bulking... I ate like a monster but it effing turned into a recomp LOL To me, I feel like I gained definition as I gained weight. Word. That's always good too though my goal was to bulk... It also increased libido. But I don't need to be having boners mid-day lol Strength increased slightly as well. The pills also taste gross... Just gotta chug em down though!


ALL-IN-ALL:
Great stack. If I had to do it all over again... I'd take only a scoop of SP250 pre-wo and take only 6-8 capsules of PJ as directed. Everything else was awesome. I hope you guys enjoyed my log (though I didn't really see many in it :mad:!!!)
