alright so I got my first MMA fight in december... I'ma purple belt in BJJ and currently working on Muay Thai... what else can I work on to cover all angles...

I do alot of core/conditioning/strentgh trng

take down defence, pulling guard, body conditioning, stretch training, cardio, punching/kicking power... dieting?

Kickin power is where I want it to be.. I don't throw many punches.. I use mostly elbows and incorporate knees as well.. Cardio I'm good... pulling guard I'm great at but stretch trng and takedown defense I need to work on..do you know any good videos on sprawls by any chance?

just kickboxing at the moment, tho hoping to move onto Muay Thai and either Judo or Wrestling when I move

Good stuff.... Have done two amateur fights..this will be my first actual event I fight in.. pretty stoked about it
