Here is my log for keto for the summer.
Currently: 280
aiming: 220
Meal 1: 4 eggs -6almonds, or 2 slices of bacon-
Meal 2: 1 serving vegetable, 1 can tuna
Meal 3: 1 serving vegetable, 1 meat
Meal 4: 1 meat, 1 serving vegetables
Meal 5: 1 meat, 1 vegetable, 6 almonds
Meal 6: 2 eggs, 6 almonds or cottage cheese
My meats are: Chicken Breast, Beef patties, Steak-ums
Veggies are: broccoli, mushrooms & onions, asparagus, lettuce
