View Full Version : Help! Muscle at stake!

Okay guys, I am 15 days out from a Natural Arizona. I am at 4% bodyfat weighing 153lbs. I started at 163lbs. 8 weeks out. I feel small as hell. People say I look much bigger, but 10lbs.? Anyway, I am leaned out except for my glutes and hams. I do about 35 min stationary bike a day. I want to rip my glutes and hams more but I fear losing too much muscle. Should I continue the same amount of cardio? Also is every other day training on a body part too much even if I have a fast recovery? Any suggestions?

one more thing.
Some say to keep going heavy. Some say less weigh more reps.
hmm. Listen to the guy who looks the best?

One thing that I do is sprint work to reallly bring the cuts out in my legs. Also, you may want to do full body workouts during the carb depletion stages during the last week. As for losung muscle, just make sure your protein doesn't drop.
