ive been living off my first 40lb weight loss to much..its time to get rid of more weight and become the best me i can..and get worshiped.

this isn't going to be a bodybuilding journal persey..becasue my weight lifitng is going to be very minimal.

mostly body weight stuff and cardio(running, thai boxing, grappling, sex)

as you can figure this wont be a regular BB.com journal..but it will be fun.

i will post stats when i get home.

so thursday i went to nogi grappling..it was tough..most of it was cardio stuff(sprinting,front rolls, back rolls, cartwheels) and then we had a little wrestling meet, i almost won my match but i got pinned. My team lost so we had to do 50pushups.

i had to work graveyard that night too..long night lol

friday i just layed around all day, did some stretching.

right now im at work, gunna stretch more after work, and do some lame family thing and hopefully get some good sleep tonight.

im at work right now
i trianed today with a new gi..and it was huge..falling off..sucked.
i didnt do dthat well today, might of not been into it becasue of fighting with my girlfriend, but iguess it went ok. I need to be more aggressive i think when sparring..and not just sit there.

im down to 202 :)

will try to write more, just slips my mind
