Hi can anyone advise me of a personal trainer who focusses towards professional bodybuilding. I need to arrange this personal trainer for my husband as a birthday gift. please can someone provide me with some info / contact details are desperately needed. we are based in morrisville, nc.

you should probably look in the phone book or inquire locally. You don't want to get a personal trainer over the internet. It's a hands on thing and you need someone to physically be there for good results. It just can't be done really well over the phone or internet.

depends on goals
many people who have done prep or diets for years have a very good eye for dialing in clients
this method really puts a large amount of responsibilty on the client to: be meticulous in food and training log upkeep, be relatively proficient in taking good pictures, understand how to do diet log with macronutrient breakdown, be completley honest in information flow
I worked with a crew for my last show who are in CO, I had to post daily calorie/macro breakdown, weekly photos(all poses), feedback on energy levels and any strength drops (didn't get any, got stronger)
They have done this for years
I would never recommend someone who 'just wants to train online'. The skill to dial people in at a distance first requires the skill to do it in person
So beware of anyone without really good references
