Heavy Bag, hanging it? and hitting it?

I'm looking at a couple different bags, I'm roughly 230lbs, and most everyone has suggested a 100lbs bag. I'm hoping to get some suggestions.

After I buy this bag, hanging it might be a problem so input would be great. BTW, the people at dicks and google were worthless.

Theyre hardware for hanging the bag on your basement joists. It will be strong enough to kick or punch and wont move the house or the bag...

I have no where to hang a heavy bag so picked up one of these. Love it, I do boxing and kicking boxing workouts on it and it really takes a beating. I filled the base with 350 lbs of sand and it hardly moves.
