Im a huge Branch Warren fan, but even I know that even at his best he's going to finish no better than 5th place at the O this year.

And you have accomplished what? STFU! He has gotten 2nd and 3rd at the Arnold and placed in the top 10 of the Olympia and it will never pan out. PLEASE, just cause he wont have a sandow on his mantle doesnt mean he will have a unsuccessful career. NEGGED!

He doesn't look that bad to me. Actually, I think he looks good in these pics with the exception of this back double bicep pic, this is bad. But I have to admit he looks not bad and I am certainly not a fan of him.

Ive warmed to Branch recently. I admire the work he puts in and it is sad that he wont really place too high at the O when guys coming in who have worked for less time will surpass him easily. Back shot looks terrible.

Branch just had a great showing at the arnold classic, he's placed well before, he owns a company, has a supporting wife, nice home and has hobby's other than bodybuilding... oh yeah and he has a high paying supp contract... oh poor Branch he just can't catch a break can he?

lol idiot... the guy loves train and it pays off in his favour. He's in the offseason right now and like 30+ weeks from the Olympia.

I am well aware of my age. You are 16 little boy and know nothing of how the real world works. I don't know what age has to do with anything other than I have a lot more experience and knowledge than you. So thank you, how is that drivers license treating you? Pretty exciting stuff huh? Pretty soon you will get facial hair and someday even lose your virginity. Dont start with me little boy.

AND what you said was VERY insulting to Branch Warren. I don't care how you word it. Saying that someone has put all that hard work into bodybuilding and their results are sad is a huge insult, someday if you actually become a bodybuilder and compete you will understand this. I dont expect someone your age to understand much about years of hard work and sacrifice. And doesn't even make sense when talking about a bodybuilder that is easily in the top 10 in the world. Now move along and go play in the MISC or teen section. Got it?

You gotta admit though, it does look f*ckin tight in that back double bi's pose. He think he could just use a bit more width on his lat spread.

Those two pics are sick, they all look ****in good.

As for Branch, his tri's look ridiculously huge in that guest posing pic.

I'm a huge fan of Branch, his upperbody really catched up to his lower-body and now that his waist is a little down,in my opinion is upper-body got insane except those arms, shame that his genetics for bis and tris suck quite a bit and those forearms doens't help either...

Just explaining that if he is going to open his mouth about age then he might need a little lesson on where he stands in that category. He calls me an idiot and makes a comment about age so I retaliate. Make sense to you? I mean it should considering you are the one that likes to jump in threads and discourage people from competing.

Yes master. I am sorry.

In what way did what I wrote make me seem full of myself. The only time I ever mentioned myself was by saying that I have more experience than him which I do. How is that cocky? I dont ever go around insulting age, to me it would be pointless and I dont hardly ever look at a posters age anyways. He made it a topic therefore I made jokes back about his age. He is welcome to come back and tell all jokes about being 25 that he wants.

I am noob........ok buddy I guess u want a medal for spending more time on the internet than me.

People who have more experience than others tend to not need and point it out, something which you obviously missed in wisdom class. When you point out that you have more experience than others, it's being cocky. When you have more experience than others and don't need to point it out, it's called being wise. Some 25 year olds get that, you obviously don't.

Thanks for your 2 cents. I still stand by everything I said. And if you read his original comment about how Branch looks like he is retired and that his structure is sad, that is why I said something. He pointed out my age and I simply let him know that he is right, there is difference between us. Why people are crying about this is pretty rediculous. Especially compared to some the things I have seen people say to each other on here.

I don't think he has legs at all. I think he had them amputated, then got tree trunks to replace them and just stretched his skin over them so people would think that his tree trunks were his legs. :D

How about.................DROP IT..............I was not talking to you anyways and did not ask for you advice or input. I am sorry that what I said offended you for some strange reason. Or do you just like jumping in the middle?

Like I said I am just simply saying the differences of being a teenager and an adult. You cant know much about the world if you have never had to support yourself and sometimes others that you care about. These are the types of experiences I am talking about. He has never had to struggle to pay all of his bills or worked his ass off to get a promotion so he wont have to do that anymore. So if wants to point out my age then I will tell him about it. If saying that I have seen more things in his life makes me seem like I have a huge ego to you then I could honestly care less.

No reason to get offended, you should learn to have a conversation without getting your emotions involved. This is a message board, you know where people openly discuss topics and jump in whenever they feel like it. You were jumping on him for being young and I was pointing out that age isn't the only qualifying factor in being mature. I never said you have a huge ego, just that pointing out age and thinking it qualifies you to be an adult is naive and immature.

Agreed. He has done pretty well throughout his career, and is far from "unsuccessful". However, just a personal pet peeve, I can't stand when people say 'what have you done?'. Lol, I think that's the worst argument someone can give. Someone saying he is an unsuccessful bodybuilder does not mean in comparison to the general public, but with regard to other bodybuilders (which as discussed is not true).

Seriously though, Branch looked great at the Arnold, and his legs are incredible. He obviously lacks in his back and his midsection is weak, but he's an absolute freak! You'd have to call Ruhl unsuccessful if you believe Branch is.

Unless he can get something togethere in a hurry a top 10 may not be in his future. Might be time to take a year off & just train SMARTLY & get back what made him such a contender.

Brach Warren is always a force to be reconed with.
I think he trains very hard and most of all he Listens to criticism....remember when people started complaining about his waist last year? well Branch fixed that very quikly.

I think his back has improved tremendously LEAPS AND BOUNDS...and i'm sure he can find the nessecary adjustments to fix any other structural imbalances.

One thing i think he needs to work on is his ARM separation.... it looks good in the front double bicep...but for some reason his arms look small when doing a most muscular...i guess having an UBER THICK CHEST and CANNONBALL shoulders makes it even more apparent.....maybe he needs to do high rep workouts or talk to SCOTT STEINER and get his ARM ROUTINE.

I've always been a fan of branch, looks like he's putting on the needed upper body mass to keep up with those crazy legs. Back still needs a bit of work, maybe some forearm development and then he'll have pretty much maxed out what he can do with his frame and genetics IMO. Stump would have been a more appropriate name. Too bad he wasn't just a few inches taller, that would really make a huge difference in his ability to place at the O. Calves are looking huge, and he's definitely packing enough mass to make him one of the higher ranking guys at the O if he can bring in his signature conditioning level.

He deserves a legit shot at an olympia win for all the work he's put in, and he'll never have that chance because of things that are beyond his control. That's not to say his career or physique is "sad" in the sense of being pathetic, but it's sad that he works hard enough for the number 1 spot but will never be able to have it.

For some of the bad shots aroudn of Branch i think he looks quite good there. But that doesn't mean he will come in looking great on contest day it's only speculation untill then. But seriously people need to chill out a bit from the sounds of some of the coments you'd think he'd lost half his size.

Branch's biggest problems now are...

1)His forearms are horrible...you can tell he's never trained em a day in his life and he uses straps on everything...

2)His arms while big have no thickness from the side, only the front...He really needs to concentrate on hammer curls and one arms pressdowns with his arm tucked aginst the side to bring out the lateral head...I know I have the same issue...

On the positive side...his back just keeps getting better I dont think its a weakness anymore although it still could come up...

Now he just needs to stop using those ****in straps and he'd be suprised how much that alone would bring up his arms..by the way Im a big fan he works his ass off and tells the truth

One of his biggest genetic flaws is his short triceps. Unfortunately the insertion point of the muscle can not be changed, but just for hypothetical purposes, here is what he would look like with slightly better tricep genetics

As you can see, a small change already makes him look so complete. With better tricep insertion points his arms would look so much fuller but again, sadly his tri's will always look like how they do now.

No offense bro but i believe Branch knows a lot more than you on training.

on an aesthetic standpoint, his arm genetics are definitely a hindrance.

as for his legs, wow just wow. huge!
