ok so at my high school we got a new lifting coach and he has started a mandatory program in the weight room. because of this, i havent gone lifting at my school but the other day i didnt have a ride home so i went lifting to see what is going on. well we did stuff like 6x10 on bench and 60 pullups right afterwards and when i woke up this morning i couldnt stretch my arm out, there is pain in the ront of my elbow joint where my bicep meets my forearm. i also have really bad pain where my tricep meets my back i cant figure out what it is and its killin me.
