day 1. (4/14/08)

squat 3x5 - 115lbs
bench 3x5 - 95lbs
deadlift 3x5 - 135lbs.


all is well... back hurts a bit.

day 2. (4/16/08)

3x5 squat - 115lb
3x5 military press - 60lb
3x5 pendlay rows - 90lb


on military press, i clearly had the strength to lift it up but my stability was very weak. i did it though.

pendlay rows... my back must be really weak. i think my form wasnt perfect so i might lower the weight.

squat 3x5 - 115lbs
bench 3x5 - 95lbs
deadlift 3x5 - 135lbs.


did 2x8 of pullovers of 30lb then 35lb to expand my ribcage a bit.
it's friday, so that means next week im adding 5lbs to everything. can't wait to see how that goes. i might add 10 lbs to my deadlift.

in 8 weeks i hope to be benching 135, and possibly 1rep maxing my weight (140ish)

day 4 - 4/21-08


3x5 squats - 120lbs
3x5 military press - 65lbs. these were kind of hard but i got it done
3x5 rows 95lb - what.. the .. fock. these felt very uncomfortable and they are hurting my back. im not doing anymore of these ****s. im going for powercleans next week to replace pendlay rows.

edit: i DID not know that i was supposed to add weight to each workout. i thought it was adding weight each week. so im gonna add about 2lbs to each lift from now on. i'll use those little metal cylinders that you screw onto the weights to keep the plates on. apparently they weigh 1lb each.

my back is really messed up from those rows. so im not going to do them anymore heh. im out for a while and ill start back up soon with a clean bulk

first i fcuked up my back from deadlifting wrong... then i was in the hospital because i had a psychotic episode heh.

military press 3x5 70lbs (also easy!)
rows 3x5 40lbs (easyyyyyyyyy)

i failed in doing a 3x5 of bench which sucks. i think it might be because i didnt really get enough food before the workout. i just wokeup, ate a banana, and hit the gym. i was pretty hungry during the workout. the deadlift was moderately hard. im losing my grip in these... hopefully my grip will get better.

i think next workout will be better. im gona try benching 115 again 3x5.

squats were fcuking tough today. my lowerback was in pain..

squat 3x5 132lb
military press 3x5 75 (these were great, last rep was hard but i managed to push)
rows 3x5 45lb (meh)

squat 135 (not easy)
bench 115 (went very well)
dead 165 (****ing hard!)

11/1/08 sat

squat - 140 (not too hard)
military press - 75 (last rep.. i have never shook so much in my life.. but i actualy managed to push it up all the way)
row - 45lb on tbar and 105 on seated row.


11/4/08 tues

squat - 145
bench - 120 (nice)
dead - 170

11/6/08 thursday

squat - 150 (im not going all the way parallel... i think i might reset)
military press - 77 (not bad, a bit hard)
seated row - 115 on seated row


11/8/08

squat 3x5 115 (resetting)
bench 3x5 125 (quite hard)
deadlift 3x5 175 (not bad at all, i like these :) )
