I am so excited. I am just getting started after a long break from lifting (baby). Anyway I have gained 1.5lbs in a week and lost 1% body fat. Not to shabby. My goal is 15lbs of muscle in a year so I feel like I am on my way.

Congrats! It can be done, it's just hard. Are you breastfeeding? That will probably help you a lot.

Yes I am. It helped lose the baby weight but I am trying to gain so I find myself eating all day lol.

Well done, that is good news! I am struggling to gain at the moment, but I managed to gain 2lbs last month through weight training, but have lost it again! So I know what I need to do, keep going though, its a great start to you achieving your goals!

i would LOVE to gain 15lbs of muscle in a year. unfortunately i've only gained 2 since dec...can you please tell me your secret? i lift heavy weights and eat like a horse and take extra protein, and gaining muscle mass slowly, but 2lbs???? what the hell! i need help :( tell me your secret please.
