Muscle Milk directions advise the user to dose three times a day: one hour before workouts, within one hour after workouts and prior to bed. I only want to take it once a day. Which of those three times would yield the best results for someone who is weight training to build mass? Or does it matter?

Its more a meal replacement to use at your discretion. I wouldn't use it 3 times a day.

Hmm, it says it's more than a meal replacement: that it reverses the catabolic process from a workout, etc. So there's no better time to use it to increase its effectiveness: before or after a workout?
