I like to work out 5 days a week working out MTWFS off Thursday and Saturday or Sunday. I generally workout one body part per day or Supersets.
However, if I'm working one bodypart I stick with 3-4 exercises at 8-10 per set. Curious to know the best order, for example. Legs on Monday, Shoulders Tuesday, etc to get the best workout and not overtrain.
I currently am not doing any cardio.

You could probably do something like:
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Shoulders
Friday - Back
Saturday - Arms

You don't want to do chest and shoulders too close together since you work shoulders some during chest. You work your back some on leg days so you don't want back and legs to close together either. I usually do legs early on in the week because I feel stronger.
