BRIEF INTRO:

So this is my stack to get lean for summer, it will include MassFX MS, Activate Xtreme, and LX 2.0. Ive used both MFX and AX before, so I know what to expect there, and LX 2.0 is constantly raved about. The dosing for each will be covered later.

DAILY MUSINGS:

I'll probably be posting various images and/or youtube videos of things that catch my interest on a daily basis. Im a "science nerd", so it may be based around that.

EXPECTATIONS:

Realistically, I want to lean out while maintaining my strength and mass. In a perfect scenario, Id like to lean out while gaining mass and strength. Obviously, Im going for the latter of the two. I wont be weighing myself during this log, except for the initial weigh in and the last day weigh in. I will however be taking initial measurements of a few key areas just for comparison. Probably chest, arms, and waist - those areas should show the gains in mass and obviously any midsection fat lost. I will do these weekly.

MEASUREMENTS:

Right and Left Arm - 15.5 inches
Chest - 40 inches
Waist - 32 inches - around naval

TRAINING EXPERIENCE:

Been lifting seriously for about 2.5 years. I say seriously because when I first started lifting I wasnt as keen on my diet as I am now. Made some very significant gains in both mass and strength.

DOSING:

Ok, heres how this is going to go. Starting off week one at full dose of MFX and LX 2.0. Starting week two Im taking 3 pills of MFX and AX and the full dose of LX 2.0. Ill continue doing this until I run out of MFX and then take the full dose of AX. I MAY get a 2nd bottle of LX 2.0 to add to the end.

OTHER SUPPLEMENTS:

Various Proteins - ON Whey, Ultra Peptide, Elite Whey
SuperCarb on occasion
Xtend
Bulk Cissus
Various General Health supplements
Taurine
Digestive Enzymes/Probiotics
R-ALA
Fish Oil/CLA/Sesamin (if I have any) - 2 grams EPA/DHA, 8-10 grams CLA, 1.5 grams of Sesamin

DIET:

Very mundane and simple. 1 or 2 cheat meals a week max, most likely just 1.

Will consist of, chicken breasts, oats, tuna, skim milk, salads from time to time (and toppings for the salad), vegetables, and fruits.

Calories will be around 2200-2300.

Current Daily Water Intake:

Drink it until my urine is clear, ha. Usually ~ 2 gallons a day.

WORKOUT PROGRAM:

Monday - Legs
Tuesday - off day - usually play bball on this day
Wednesday - Chest/Bis
Thursday - shoulders/traps - usually some sport outside
Friday - back/tri's
Weekends - rest and relaxation

I think this pretty much sums up everything for the most part. If I have left anything off or you have particular questions you'd like me to address beforehand, please feel free to ask.

Day 9/10 - Off day, Chest/Triceps

All men dream but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes to make it possible. - T.E. Lawrence

DOSING:

3 Activate Xtreme
3 MFX
3 LX 2.0
All other supps.

IMPRESSIONS:

Totally changing my workout, as you will see. Going very hypertrophy specific, i.e. very small times of rest between sets, always less than a minute. This makes doing any kind of real weight very difficult.

WORKOUT:

Flat Bench
135 x 12 warm up
185 x 10
185 x 8
185 x 6

DB Bench
60 x 10
60 x 10
60 x 10

Incline Bench
135 x 10
135 x 9
135 x 7

Weighted Dips
BW + 45 x 12
same x 10
same x 7

Triceps Pushdown/Pushups superset
140 x 20/10 pushups
140 x 16/8 pushups
125 x 15/4 pushups

THOUGHTS:

Starting to noticeably lean out (judging by the mirror). I may push this stack to 2 bottles of each to see how it goes, especially if things keep like they are.

Feeling much more less stressed then usual - especially for this time of year with finals in a week.

TODAY'S VIDEO/PICTURE:

Couldnt find a cool one.

Day 13/14 - Off days

Goals are the fuel in the furnace of achievement. - Brian Tracy

DOSING:

3 Activate Xtreme
3 MFX
3 LX 2.0
All other supps.

IMPRESSIONS:

Nothing. No workouts. Seem to recovered fully from last week's workouts.

WORKOUT:

--

THOUGHTS:

Have some updated measurements.

Here are the old

Right and Left Arm - 15.5 inches
Chest - 40 inches
Waist - 32 inches - around naval

And the new...

Arms still the same
Chest - maybe 1/8 inch
Waist - 31 inches (thats right)

Very excited about the leaning out around the waist. The mass gains Im not as concerned about and wouldnt expect much really with my caloric intake right now.

TODAY'S VIDEO/PICTURE:

Boo.

Ok sorry for the lack of updates lately. I should have known better than starting a log during exam time. Way too much time studying and no time for anything else.

Anyway, I have still been going to the gym. Strength is holding steady, actually up a few more pounds in some exercises (oddly enough down in others though). Still leaning out.

This next week I wont have time to update either much, so next Sunday I'll just type up a pretty comprehensive review to make up for the slack in other areas.

I hear you about exams. I'm finally done, but the last two weeks were AWFUL. Good luck and kill those classes.

Your measurements are impressive too...an inch off the waist already!

Yeah its been pretty crazy. I'll be done next Thursday, and then a month off and my summer session starts, yes!

I was pretty impressed with the leaning out too.
