View Full Version : Is this ok for day one ?

Ok guys and girls I've decided to give it a shot. So this is what I ate today. Let me know if this is alright and where I need to change.

Breakfast---3 scrambled eggs and 3 pcs of sausage
snack---3 eggs
lunch---1 can of tuna w/mayo
snack---chopped chicken
dinner---2 med size pork chops

So far that is it for today. Any and all advice is appreciated

Sounds like the right kind of keto food but is this within your calorie range?
What do the calories come up to? This sort of sounds like what I would eat in a day.

What kind of keto are you going to do?
