So I'm starting this KETO log because I read somewhere that the no carbs would help me lose the last ounces of fat around my waist line. I'm 6'1 and 178 lbs. My ideal goal would be a LEAN 200 lbs, but I don't even know if that's possible for my body. I play lots of hockey - love it.
Basically, within the next 10 weeks, I hope to achieve the ideal beach body. I want to be cut and still be big. Hence, trying out the keto diet.
Well, here goes nothing.

Good luck with the cutting! And 200 lbs lean is definately possible for someone your height, it'll just take time, lots of training, and lots of quality food.

Watch out with the teriyaki sauce, some are not very Keto friendly. Also watch having too much tomato.

OK.. Thanks for the tip! Teriyaki had about 3 g of Carbs per teaspoon. Your net total should be no more than 20 per day, right?
