I hit a plateau. I know why......I am getting down to that last 10-15 pounds. My diet has not been very strict. I still only get 20-30 grams of carbs a day but that is about the only thing I have been counting. I'm pretty sure I am above maintenance on some days and my carb-ups haven't been the best. Now my weight hasn't budged in a month but I am still making strength gains and it looks like I am still losing fat. Could it be that due to my "Calorie Cycling" I am losing fat below maintenance days and gaining muscle on the over maintenance days? I dont know.
These next 6 weeks I am going to count everything that I eat and see if I can get rid of these last 10-15 pounds. I figured I would start a Log to help me stick to it since it is symbolically "Etched in Stone" now here on the internet. I'm going to get a before picture up here asap and try to get one up here weekly.
