I weigh 155 pounds. My goal is to cut down to around 10% body fat or below by the middle of May (end of school year for me). Starting today, monday, I am doing Keto cutting all out, going to work out at the gym 3 times a week doing a variation of 5x5 program, and doing cardio on the weekends, which will consist of bike riding or jogging.

I will take a front picture and side picture of my body every monday and friday afternoon. I will post here, on this thread, generally what I ate and what I worked out.

Basic outline of my diet will be as follows, but not followed EXACTLY because occasionally I will replace the spam with steak or bacon.


Breakfast:
2 eggs............140 cals, 10g fat, 0carb, 12g pro
1 slice spam...............90 cals, 8g fat, 1g carb, 4g pro
1 tbps sour cream..........30 cals, 3g fat, 0 carb, 0 pro
1 slice cheese..............90 cals, 8g fat, 1 carb, 6g pro
1 tbsp mayo..............90 cals, 10g fat, 0 carb, 0 pro


Snack:
string cheese.....80 cals, 6g fat, 1g carb, 7g pro

Snack:
Peanuts.............160 cals, 14g fat, 5g carb, 7g pro

PWO:
2 scoop whey..........240 cals, 2g fat, 6 carb, 48g pro

Dinner:
1 hamburger patty...........200 cals, 11g fat, 0 carb, 22 pro
thick slice of cheese........90 cals, 8g fat, 1g carb, 6g pro
2 tbsp mayo..............180 cals, 20g fat, 0 carb, 0 pro

Bed:
1/2 scoop protein.........60 cals, 0 fat, 2 carb, 12 pro
1 tbsp olive oil.............125 cals, 14g fat, 0 carb, 0 carb


total cals........1575 cals, 113 g fat, 17 carb, 124 pro

This log will hopefully help me and keep me motivated on my transformation. So please wish me luck.

Today was a good day, woke up early, which I will hopefully be doing from now on, and made breakfast. Here is a break down of what I ate today;

1.5 slices of bacon chopped up and fried in a pan
2 eggs scrambled in the pan with the bacon and all that lovely grease
About 1/4 cup of shredded cheese on top
About a tablespoon of mayo



Worked out REALLY good today and upped my bench by 5 pounds, which I am very proud of!

PWO, 2 scoops of ON Whey, double rich chocolate in water

an hour later, 1 small slice of steak that was marinated in korean BBQ sauce, which is low is carb and high in fat because of the sesame oil it contains. Also had 1 egg.

I fell asleep and woke up to have about 3 more slices of steak marinated in the korean BBQ sauce and it was fried in a pan with olive oil.

Last meal of the day consisted of 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, 2 tablespoons heavy cream and half a scoop of whey mixed together to form a pudding like texture. Was pretty good. Then I had coffee with about 1.5 tablespoons of heavy cream and 1 packet of Splenda.

Overall it was a cool day. I have a bottle of HOT ROX which I will begin to use Wednesday morning since I'm assuming that by then I will be for sure in ketosis.
