I put 1/2 a banana in my PWO shake, what is the general thought on doing this?

prolly ok, but the theory is this:
no fruit even on carbup due to it's affinity to fill up liver glycogen first which = fat storage.

I hear if you are going to do any fruit it should be in the form of berries like blueberries and keep the amount very small maybe 10 little berries.
on a carb up day....
