Also - I rotate my days so I will do that diet for 3 days, and then on every fourth day I add 1/2 cup of brown rice or a sweet potato to my third and fourth meals.

Anyway - my original post said that I could use your help!
You girls are simply amazing and you have been very inspirational to me as well as a great source of information. I entered my first contest (figure) and it is in 8 1/2 weeks. (May 10)
I have already been dieting for about a month and a half, but I am looking for some last minute pointers and suggestions -
Here is a sample of my diet - as I said in my previous post - I do this diet for 3 days and every fourth day I add a 1/2 cup of brown rice or a sweet potato to meals 3 and 4.
Wake up 4:45am - go to the gym for 35 min cardio
7:45am Meal 1 - 1/2 cup oatmeal, mini box raisins and 1 scoop of protein powder
11:00am Meal 2 - Small Banana, 4 egg whites
2:00pm Meal 3 - 6 oz tuna, 1/2 cucumber, 2 cups of salad and 1 tsp. olive oil and balsamic vinegar
5:00pm Meal 4 - Protein shake or small apple and 2 tbls. natural peanut butter
6:30pm - Go to the gym and lift for the two bodyparts that evening and then another 30 minutes of cardio
8:00pm - Meal 5 - 5 oz grilled chicken and 2 cups of broccoli
I drink at least a gallon of water a day -

I need to lost another 5-6% in bodyfat -
