Today is day 1 and I'm starting the loading phase. I had my first workout with it and obviously didn't notice anything. I will have an updated weight and some other information on Monday.

Thanks to Muscletech for selecting me to test this new product.

I did chest tonight and nothing really noticable yet.
My weight is right at 167 lbs (I'm 5'-7")

My current supplements are:
Aplodan
Cyto-Gainer (usually Pro-Complex but I ran out and didn't want to buy any at this time)
Mega-Men Sport multi
glucosamine,chrondriton (sp)
Storm (I have a full tub of Cell Tech I will be taking after the Storm. I have about four servings left of the Storm)
(sometimes) NO-Xplode or Shock Therapy

I also have some Gakic, but I'm not taking it at this time. I'm just going to make it through this loading phase of Aplodan and see where I am.
I also have some Legal Gear Liquid Masterdrol, Nitros & M1D. I plan on running those after or toward the very end of my Aplodan bottle.
I'm looking forward to sharing my results.

Nothing really to report as of yet. I'm almost through with my loading phase. Then I will see what happens. Some things I should note though since I started taking this is:
I've noticed an increase in gas and have had some diarrhea the past couple days. I'm not really sure if it because of the AP, but something I've noticed.

I think that I'm starting to feel a little more full or tighter as well. I'm not sure on this, but I think I might be noticing this a little bit.

Time will tell and I'll see where this takes me. Only nearing a week on it so I really was not expecting much during this time.

Until next time, good day........

edit: one more thing to add, I will be finishing up my Storm today or tomorrow and then I'll be switching over to Cell Tech. I hate the sugar content in Cell Tech, but I love the results I get from it. I'm looking forward to getting back on it.

I'm a day late on updating this for yesterday. I apoligize.
I did bi's & tri's yesterday. It was an awesome workout. The pump was VERY NICE. I believe I can attribute some of it to the Aplodan because I did not take any other pre-workout supplement at all. Sometimes I will take some NO Xplode or Shock Therapy, but I haven't actually taken either of them for awhile.
It seems as if endurance has been increased some since starting this as well.
My body weight is staying steady.
The bad poops and gas has gone away for the most part. I think it musta been something I ate or my body just adjusting to the new stuff in my body.
So far what I think I've noticed is a slight increase in strength (nothing mind blowing) an increase in pump & fullness (which is what I'm noticing the most) and some good endurance during exercise (this is pretty noticable as well).

This is my last day taking the loading dosage. Starting tomorrow I will be taking the regular daily dose.
My Storm ran out yesterday so tonight is my first day on Cell Tech.

Today's workout was shoulders & calves. Both were very good workouts. Again, I'm noticing some GREAT pumps and endurance. These are the two things that are jumping out at me so far. My focus seems to be up too, but I think that's just me wanting to have some good workouts.

Tomorrow I will be doing my back and possibly some cardio. I should have another update tomorrow sometime.
I hope things start to be more obvious to me as I begin the maintance phase.

Have a good night everyone :)

Today was back day. Things went pretty well considering I was still hurting a bit from shoulder day.

My lifts were good considering the soreness in my shoulders. I'm still noticing an endurance thing while lifting. It's pretty cool. I maintain good form and just power through my workout. This is for sure the main thing so far that I notice, is endurance.
I still feel that my strength is up some as well, but this isn't as obvious as the endurance.
The fullness feeling is still staying with me as well. Of course I do drink at least one gallon of water per day, but I'm for sure feeling more "full" (not in the gut, but my muscle areas)

Tomorrow is off day. I will be celebrating my 31st birthday and watching some football. I should have another report on Monday.

Have a good one everyone!

Today was quads & calves. The workout could not of been any better. I blasted my quads like no other. It was awesome.
Calves were good as well. I know this Aplodan is for sure kicking in now. The raised endurance is very nice. Its a different kind of endurance though compared to like NO-Xplode or Shock Therapy. I have not been dosing either of those two since I started the Aplodan. I wanted to make sure that I give the Aplodan a honest chance to show me what it does or doesn't do.
I'm taking (3) tabs per day now.
-(1) in the morning when I wake up 6:00
-(1) an hour or two after lunch at 11:30
-(1) right before I train at 5:15

There is still a fullness / pump feeling as well. Its not an insane pump, but I just feel like there is something working, its kinda weird.

Anyway, if this endurance keeps going up as I continue on, it will be interesting. I think the endurance raises my focus while exercising.

Until tomorrow, have a good evening!

tonight was hamstrings & abs.
My legs feel like they are about to fall off. Between last night & tonight, they are dust!
I was actually was lacking a little bit of energy tonight when working out. I still managed to have a good ham workout though.
I'm actually starting to notice some strength gains. I did more weight for my legs both yesterday and today than I've ever done.

It feels good to be back on Cell Tech as well. Between these two supplements, I feel like I have a decent stack going on.
I just hope my endurance keeps rising along with some strength increase.

Back & bi's

tonights workout was not the best. I kind of slipped up on my diet today at work and just wasn't strong or have alot of my energy. I still maintained good focus, but the other two just wasn't there.
It might of had something to do with my wife being upset that her grandmother isn't doing so good health wise. She was upset today and I feel bad for her.

Not really any notes to add for tonight. Focus was about the only thing I had going for me. I still feel "full" as well, but that might be the Cell Tech kicking in.

Anyway, tomorrow will either be:
cardio, abs & calves
chest, tri's
shoulders, abs, calves

I will see what kind of mood I'm in. This time of year I just do what I feel (I do all body parts once a week)
When it gets closer to summertime, I will start a new split.

Have a good night..................

well I decided to do chest and tri's tonight.
My workout went really well and I was feel pretty good. Strength was up and ended my dumbell presses with 110 for 10. That is really good for me.

My tri workout was awesome as well. The main thing I noticed with that workout was was the pump. The pump was very good. I do however have a slight pain in one of my elbows. Strength was increased here as well. I ended my workout with kick-backs doing 25's for 12. This was also pretty good for me.

My focus was back on track tonight. I went in to do my job and I did it.
It was a good workout.

How do you like it so far (half way through about)?

thanks for the kind words. I think this "log" stinks compared to some of these guys, but that's ok I guess. I'm tryiing :)

So far I would give it a 7 out of 10.

Like I've noted above, the biggest thing I've noticed has been endurance, and some strength. I feel like I have better focus as well.

I keep waiting for a little more so I guess I'll see what happens.......

I was still pretty sore from this weeks workout.
I did manage to to calves and cardio.

The calve workout was good and I got those babies all pumped up. They felt really nice and full. I had plenty of endurance and strength throughout the whole session.

I feel that my strength is coming up in all exercises. I personally feel like I get "better strength gains" from Gakic though.
Aplodan is giving me increased endurance for sure. I think that is what I like about it the most. It takes a long time for fatigue to set in........

This was my off day.

I didn't do a thing except work and eat.
Had a good full, pumped feeling all day.
I think the Cell Tech is kicking in :)

Edit: the date needed to be 1-27

I took it easy again today. My muscles feel like they are finally recovering from the soreness I had the last couple days. I did go to the gym and did cardio on the bike and eliptical. That went as good as what cardio can go.

Other than that, I've just been eating. Tomorrow is the start of a new week and I plan on mixing up some bodyparts this week. I can't wait!

I did back & bi's tonight. The workout went ok. I felt my strength was down a bit but my endurance and pumps were very nice. I should of done shoulders but my rotator cuffs were still a little sore from last week.

Aplodan notes for this day:
strength was a 7
pump was an 8.5
endurance was a 9

Sorry for being a day late on my update.

I did shoulders & calves yesterday. I felt really good and had great endurance once again. My strength was up as well. I would estimate I added roughly 15lbs to each of my exercises I did.
Both my shoulders & calves were pumped very nicely. The endurance that I’m feeling is really nice. It helps keep me focused and just maintain a solid workout.
The endurance factor with Aplodan is really different compared to a No-Xplode, Super Pump or Shock Therapy. It’s hard to explain.
It almost reminds me of a lightly dosed Gakic.

Anyway, I’m taking:
Cell Tech
Aplodan
Animal Pak
Fish & Flax
AST glutamine

Here in a week or so I will be starting my Legal Gear stuff, M1D & Liquid Masterdrol.

sorry I'm late on posting this.

On this day I did quads & calves. I had some awesome strength. I was very happy. I did 450lbs on the leg press for 8 which is a great accomplishment for me. Remember I'm just a little fella :)
My body weight has remained steady throughout this whole log. I didn't plan on any gains or losses though.
Again, strength & endurance is kicking butt!

All I can say about yesterdays workout is WOW!

I met up with an old lifting partner so it was the first time I've lifted with someone for awhile. We did chest & tri's. We were moving along really well and had a tremendous workout. There was a couple of things that I noticed that are worth noting.
First, my endurance. I was really shocked because we did chest first and I got burned out pretty fast. I have rotator cuff issues sometimes and I also put my shoulders through hell during shoulder day. It seemed like I just didn't have it going on. I got a little sore early on, but stayed with it throughout the training session. We were also moving pretty fast so that might of had something to do with it. We did (5) sets of all exercises and started at (15) reps for the warm-up set and then dropped down. We ended our last set doing (7) reps. My strength also felt down a little during the chest exercises. I still think it was because my cuff & shoulder area was still a little sore from previous workouts.

Tri's:
now when we did tri's it was another story. My endurance was back. The biggest thing I felt during this time was the pump. The pump was so frickin amazing! It felt really good. We were doing lighter weights with higher reps. Also doing (5) sets. By the time we were done I was spent.

A day later (today)
Since this report is actually for yesterday I can elaborate a little bit more on how I feel today.
This morning my upper & outer chest is really sore. So the chest workout musta been pretty effective. My arms & chest both are still pumped and so full feeling. I'm not sure if this can be attributed to the AP or the Cell Tech. Regardless of the matter I feel great!!
I really need to do hams & calves tonight, but I did some deep squats the other day and I'm still sore. I'm not sure at this time what I will train tonight if any.

sorry folks for the delay on my progress report.

Today I started the week off by blasting my quads. I had one heck of a workout!
My strength and endurance was in FULL SWING tonight without a doubt. I'm always pumped for Monday workouts and today couldn't of been better. While doing squats I actually noticed some veins in my quad area. I could not believe that! Anyway, I powered through about 20 total sets of quad exercises. My pump was very good as well. The Aplodan has definatly kicked in full bore without a doubt. I KNOW it has helped me in these areas.
For someone that is feeling like they just get pooped out way to fast when exercising or want a strength boost, this would be a supplement I would recommend. It is workin for me......

edit: got my waxy maize today from TP too :)

I'm holding off a day or so before starting my LG stack too.

Do you have any numbers to show gains on this log?

as much as I hate to admit it, I do not have any numbers to show and compare. Like I said above (I think) this "log" is pretty low key compared to the real logs you other guys put together. I actually hate it for me and MT as numbers would be a great addition to my posts.
This is actually the first time I've attempted one of these things so I understand I have alot to learn. However I'm not sure I will ever do another one to be honest with you.
Sorry for not posting some numbers to look at bro.....

tonight was arm night.

My partner & I had a killer workout. We moved pretty fast, but hit it hard. My strength was so so, but my endurance was rocking once again. The endurance factor on this stuff is really nice. You can just keep going and going. I had an awesome pump as well after we were done. As a matter of fact I still do!

Its been a real pleasure to test a product for MT even though my log sucks compared to some of you other guys.
Anyway, I will keep on rocking with this stuff and see what happens as my bottle is almost gone!

On another note:
I have decided to hold off until next Monday on my LG stack. I've been reading up on DoggCrapp training and I'm thinking hard about doing that during my cycle. I want to make sure I understand that training style before I start LG's stuff.

tonight was hamstrings & calves. Nothing new to report. It was the same ol song and dance. Tons of endurance & strength. My pump is really awesome as well. I'm not sure if it has to do with the Aplodan, but I feel nice and full. It could be the Cell Tech but who knows. I feel great other than the fact Im sore as hell. I would say tomorrow will be abs & cardio without lifting weights.
