hey i was just wondering what yall did to stay in shape endurance wise. i have a major combine here on april 9th. my strength is good but i could always use some help and hints on endurance. thanks!

April 9 is really soon. I would say your best bet is to just run sprints. It would be impossible to suggest what type without knowing more about you. But sprints until that day should be good enough, on top of lifting 3 days a week. Also, I wouldnt do anything April 8 except maybe light bike.

i was runinng a mile and a half and doing 300 yd sprints... is that good?
