Everyone seems to say that it's a good idea to keep some sort of log or journal when starting a diet, especially if you want to take it seriously. So here is my attempt at CKD and I'll try to update this as often as I possibly can.

I guess it might help anyone reading this to give you a little background on myself, I'll try to keep it brief as possible.
Some basic stats:
Age: 21
Sex: M
Weight: ~210lbs
Height: 6'1"
BF%: unknown (but I'd guess that I'm around 20ish%)

Starting when I was a kid, I'd say that I was a very active person, but I was also always on the heavy side. Going into my early to mid-teens, I became less active due to school, and got even fatter. I hit my peak weight at about 230lbs (@5'11") around 15 years of age. I stayed that weight till I was about 17 when I decided that I really wanted to slim down and try to be healthier. I began to work out, mostly doing cardio and light weightlifting. The thing I had the hardest time with was getting my diet/eating habits in order. The motivation was there, but the discipline was not.
I had no clue what I was doing, but I continued to do cardio and tried to eat healthier. Little did I know the way I was eating was unhealthy, I was essentially starving myself, but I noticed the lbs drop, so I just kept at it. Sadly, this didn't last too long, but I didn't gain more weight from this point on(at least not yet). Age 18 I was at ~190lbs, it was senior year in highscool and I was ready to lose more weight before graduation. So I went back to what worked for me, by graduation I was at 175 and by the end of summer I was at 165.
At this point, I knew had screwed up. My body looked horrible, I had stretch marks all over the place and no muscle mass whatsoever. I looked anorexic but I still had a flabby gut.
When I turned 20, I began to hit the gym...somewhat. I put on a little bit of muscle mass and then shot back up to 230lbs by 21. =(
Starting this past February, I've been working out consistently and with much more intensity. And starting this past Tuesday, I began my journey on CKD.

The first few days were tough, I've kept my protein intake the same since February, so that didn't change much, Fat intake was increased, and Carbs decreased immensely. So basically, I've been and still am working out the kinks.

I've kept a fit day log since Tuesday, but I'll start with Thursday's and go from there.
*Note that foods are not listed in order of consumption
**Also, I forgot to include the Smart Balance Butter and the EVOO I've been using with cooking.

Actually, after looking at it over, it looks like my Thursday list, was really Wednesday's (workout day). Thursday's list was about the same as Friday's.

For the next 2-3 months, I'm hoping I really stick to this, that way I can cut my bf% down and then starting Fall I hope to begin bulking keto-style.

I know I've still got a lot of work and researching to do, but I figure I'm at a good starting point. (hopefully)

Supplements:
-Centrum Multivitamin
-Fish Oil Caps
-ON Whey
-Substance WPI
Considering:
-Vasocharge (preworkout)
-Xtend (workout)

This carb-up, I didn't really keep track of what I ate. For the future I hope to keep my carb-up as clean as possible and keep it to a 24 hr. period.

My goal for this week is to try and incorporate more oils and butter to my meals.
