Is there an energy drink out there that is less acidic than the others? I have a touchy stomach, but need that extra shot of energy before a workout sometimes. I can't drink coffee, because it is has......unfortunate consequences, and I want to stay away from soda, though I love Pepsi.
What say you.....or yous....or is it y'all?
Thanks

gatorade in powdered form might be good as it has dextrose which is important for replacement of enegy stores. Powerade in powdered form also has dextrose (actually more than gatorade). Please note that either powerade or gatorade in non-powdered forms are not good alternatives imo as they have different ingredients.
Dont know if either of these will work for you; but something to think about;also there might be high end energy drinks out there; but you might have to post in the supplement forum to get information on those (you may want to post there anyway as you might get more responses)

Chocolate milk.
Advocare's Spark is good for energy and no crash. Easy on my stomach.

I've never tried an energy drink. If I need a boost before a workout I try to eat a slice of whole grain wheat with alittle peanut butter. It always gives me a boost.

Redline worked for me when I was taking it. Also, 5 Hour Energy drink works very well.
