What bf percentage should you be at to compete?

Id probably have to say somewhere around 3% give or take would be a bf percentage where most compete with. Correct me if im wrong. PEACE OUT

I was about 3% when I competed. It all depends, some people can be at 5% and look better than if they were at 3%, it all depends on what bf % makes you look the biggest and hardest. For me, I would say I need to be at least 4% to compete and 3-3.5% to be at my peak.

**** 3 % is low heh u most have felt like ca ca.
yeah, I have to agree, If I hit about 4% within 2 weeks out and can hit 3ish% the week of, I know Ill be right on to walk on stage...
