Plain and Simple

Heres my Story:Never Had a problem working out or doing running just what i put into my body so i went things through.. instead of just starting a journal and saying im going to do it not knowing how to...

Goal: lose a Decent Ammount of fat before grad and muscle :P
i am not looking for a certain poundage.. just want to look good. right now im about 230-235 not sure about the BF but enough to be embarrased.

What I Am going to do to make sure i go out there and try:Get Tacs and Write a message here or there (Posting them on the wall with paper&tacs)Dont forget to do this dont forget to do that this is so when i wake up ill be reminded to track stuff down.

What i am Logging in Here:Basicly what ill be putting in here is putting in a log from fitday.com and do this everyday to track what im putting in im following a 40/40/20 diet and a 2300 Calorie Max for cutting.

Havent Decided but may Post weight workouts

but my layout is as follows

Monday-PowerUpper -Gym in the morning throughout the week-
Tuesday-PowerLower
Wednesday-Hypertrophy-chest arms
Thursday-Hyper-Back shoulders
Friday-Hyper-Legs and calves

Before i start off tomorrow does anyone have any Encouragement/Success storys etc?

There should be a button on your keyboard with 'Prnt Scrn' on it. Click that button. Then open paint, and hit CTRL + V. There is your screenshot.

Just So Anyone Knows i will be adding Things around after Dinner on each day to make it easier on me i log stuff down but i dont have time in the morning to actually come down here and type my days worth of stuff before i go to school and do other things

i admit i could do better but i was screwing around a bit today

And the cottage cheese is supposed to say 3/4 of a cup not 3 cups

Not bad... Remember the split is 20% fats so that would come out to 51g's. Seeing the bulk of your fat count are saturated fats I guess the extra isn't going to hurt you at all... Give your cells that energy! haha

I apologize for not posting and ive been following my plan since i stopped but i have recently been suspended from school for something completely stupid that should not even matter up till spring break ends and it starts in like 2 days

ill have a week of working out at home or so, ill see what i can do but its just a lil bump in my road ive actually lost a few pounds and made a bit of a difference so thats the good thing... anyway if anyone has any questions they can private message me.

again i apologize i know its about dedication.
