Plain and Simple
Heres my Story:Never Had a problem working out or doing running just what i put into my body so i went things through.. instead of just starting a journal and saying im going to do it not knowing how to...
Goal: lose a Decent Ammount of fat before grad and muscle :P
i am not looking for a certain poundage.. just want to look good. right now im about 230-235 not sure about the BF but enough to be embarrased.
What I Am going to do to make sure i go out there and try:Get Tacs and Write a message here or there (Posting them on the wall with paper&tacs)Dont forget to do this dont forget to do that this is so when i wake up ill be reminded to track stuff down.
What i am Logging in Here:Basicly what ill be putting in here is putting in a log from fitday.com and do this everyday to track what im putting in im following a 40/40/20 diet and a 2300 Calorie Max for cutting.
Havent Decided but may Post weight workouts
but my layout is as follows
Monday-PowerUpper -Gym in the morning throughout the week-
Tuesday-PowerLower
Wednesday-Hypertrophy-chest arms
Thursday-Hyper-Back shoulders
Friday-Hyper-Legs and calves
Before i start off tomorrow does anyone have any Encouragement/Success storys etc?
