Help ease my mind, I'm feeling a dull, tight pain in my lower left stomach under my ribs; I only seem to feel it when I yawn. Coughing doesn't aggravate it. I've been doing a little bit more abs than usual, but I don't deadlift. If I try to expand my stomach fully (inhale to maximum) I feel it as well. Thoughts?
