This was before Nationals and Alex had some of the freakiest development I'd ever seen. Outstanding shots. And Alex is totally aclass act, on and off stage.

nothing impressive... This was taken about a month back. Ever since this pic I have been working legs hard (since my back is stable enough now, hurt myself squating) Calfs been trying to hit 3+ times a week.

Click Manage Attachments (Scroll Down middle screen)when you are creating your thread, and hit browse and start that way. You will need to edit the pic size to 1000x1000 which sucks.

Thanks bro! as I can say plenty of good things about you too.

My legs stay pretty grainy all year long. Genetically I dont hold fat on the legs. Then when i get into contest mode they get crazy shredded.

You sir have astounding conditioning. I see you personally do not like Keto, which I happen to be on. What kind of macro, and cardio split do you usually work around?

here are my wheels, got me from 375lbs to 220lbs back up to 240lbs pretty lean and still rolling. quads are around 28.5in, calves 17.75inch

I would say front squats. Though the last while I've made an effort on adding uni lateral exercises whether they be pistols or bulgerian split squats. Lately overhead lunges is the flavour of the month.
