alright so these two girls (one being my girlfriend) are asking me for help with "weight issues" both girls are gorgeous in my opinion... and that doesnt come easily. one wants to loose belly fat and the other just wants weight lose. both girls are athletes, one plays soccer and one dances... and i dunno what to tell them? all i can say is eat better... could i get some specifics here ladies, thank you so much!
also comments on my bodyspace are nice too!

Probably the simplest thing to do is suggest a basic bodybuilder diet (like Body for Life)...
-Eat 5 - 6X a day
-A serving of protein / A serving of carb (a serving being the size of your fist)
-For 2 of the meals, add a veggie
-Eat clean for 6 days
-1 day a week, have a cheat day
-Drink lots and lots and lots of water
This is the most "lifestyle" friendly "diet" that I've come across. But at the end of the day, it's still calories in , calories out...if they exceed the number of calories that they're burning or not creating the caloric deficit (by too many cheat meals) they won't lose the fat.
Also, some weight training will definitely help to gain more muscle since the added muscle will fire up their metabolism even more.
