Hey guys,
I've been training for just over a year now, and i've always had clicky knees when squatting, I always warm up and dont feel any pain in the knees but when i squat deep i can hear a cracking sound, sometimes on every rep. I've been told knee sleeves may help but haven't tried them yet, and as I dont feel any pain i'm wondering if its a problem.
Thanks for any help.

Try doing a single leg squat in front of a mirror and check to see if either of your knees tend to buckle inward which could be a sign of some instability. Where exactly does the clicking come from? Also if there isn't any pain then its likely not something to be worried about as it could just be the movement of fluid inside the knee joint.

had the same problem my knees clicking all the time, thought it was down to too much soccer training so visited a physio. Turns out the clicking is the ligaments and tendons having air pockets/fluid between them, when under pressure from contraction the tendon/liagment contracts and causes a clicking sound.
