Im for running a cycle of methal-1-test by S.W Pharmatex if anyone is interested. (Legal in the UK)

I have been on a cut since Christmas and have went from 200lbs@24% bodyfat down to 180lbs @ 12%.

This is the leanest i have ever been, when i started 3 years ago i was about 260lbs. I gain fat very easy and have to really watch the amount of carbs i eat.

I plan to run this for 4 weeks at a fairly low dosage and keep my diet very clean, just adding a few more Carbs than i was taking while cutting. I believe that this should help put on some good lean muscle. I will train with weights 3 times a week and 2 other days of cardio which i plan to run 6 mile at a time.

The dosage will look like this

Week 1 - 10mg
Week 2 - 10mg
WeeK 3 - 20mg
Week 4 - 20mg

If i am not noticing any side effects in the last week i may up the dose to 30mg. This is the maximum dossage that Pharmatex sujest.

I plan to pre-load with milk Thistle for a week before starting next Monday and the cycle will start on Mon 31/03/08

My PCT is as follows

Week 5 - 40mg Nolvadex
Week 6 - 40mg Nolvadex
Week 7 - 20mg Nolvadex
Week 8 - 20mg Nolvadex

I also have some clomid on hand incase i need it, May also add some 6 oxo in if i think i need it.

Anyone one any thoughts on this Cycle.

at your height and weight, 20mg is not a 'fairly low dose' - that's ****ing crazy.
most people start off at 5mg. it's a very harsh compound from what i know. you going to be taking test or 4-AD with it?

It only comes in 10mg captules, otherwise i was going to start of on 5mg but 10 is the smallest amount i can start on.

Im running it on its own no test, was considering the 4-ad i may add it in if i feel i need it the second week.

Ok started yesterday, 1 day later than planned had a rough weekend and couldnt start on Monday. Silly i know drinking the weekend before u start a course of this. But thats me no drinking for at least 8 weeks now. (1 captule with my lunch 10mg)

Ok so its Chest and Triceps day.

Warm up - 3 sets of 10 Triceps dips

Incline dumbell presses
1st set - 8reps 30kg
2nd set - 10 reps 25kg
3rd set - 12 reps 20kg

Machine flat presses
1st set - 55kg - 8 reps
2nd set - 50kg - 10 reps
3rd set - 45kg - 12 reps

Incline flyes
1st set - 15kg- 8 reps
2nd set - 12.5kg - 10 reps
3rd set - 10kg - 12 reps

Triceps Pushdowns
1st set - 35kg- 8 reps
2nd set - 30kg - 10 reps
3rd set - 25kg - 12 reps
4th set - 20kg - 15 reps

Behind the head Triceps extension (machine)
1st set - 30kg- 8 reps
2nd set - 25kg - 10 reps
3rd set - 20kg - 12 reps

This was a fairly light session i still didnt feel very good from the weekend, looking foward to seeing a big improvement over the next 4 weeks.

My Normal training split is as follows.

Monday- Chest and Triceps
Tuesday - 45 mins Cardio- usually 45 mins on stationary bike or 30 min run (5k)
Wednesday- Back and Bicet
Thursday - Cardio 30 min run (5k)
Friday - Cardio 45 mins stationary bike
Saturday - Shoulders and Traps
Sunday - off

Changed my cardio a bit from i said in my first post the 6 mile runs are maybe a bit much if im trying to gain some muscle, bearing in mind i havnt upped my carbs that much.

Im sure u will notice that i do not include any legs in there and im sure everyone will be wondering why, this is because i am trying to keep my cardio up as much as possible and i simply cannot do this when i am training legs, my legs grow like weeds anyway (the only part of me that does so i can always catch them up whenever i want)

So it was just Cardio yesterday 5k run 30mins, and 15 mins on the stationary bike 550 cal on my HRM. Nothing much to report.

Back and Biceps today looking foward to it. :)

Yes! M1T is a crazy, potent steroid. i actually have a bottle of M1T from Higher Power Nutrition (5mg caps) that i purchased before the ban in 2004. it's been vaccum sealed ever since it arrived at my house...i dont even know if the ****s still good?

Iv been on my 10mg dose for almost a week now and have felt no side effects at all, i will continue with planned dosage. If i start to notice any bad side effects then i will re-consider my dosage.

Bent over row (with bar)

3rd set - 45kg -12 reps

Standing Preacher Curls
1st set - 45kg -8 reps
2nd set - 40kg -10 reps
3rd set - 30kg -12 reps

Dumbell curls
1st set - 15kg -8 reps
2nd set - 12.5kg -10 reps
3rd set - 10kg -12 reps

Concentration Curls
1st set - 7.5kg -8 reps

Workout went very well had loads of energy and alot more focus than normal, probably just from the excitment at this stage. No side effects have been noticed yet so i will continue with planned origional dose.

I had weighed myself at the start of the week monday morn and was 182lbs.

This morning Friday morn i was 185lbs.

Gain - 3 lbs

I dont know if i can attribute this to the M1t as yet, as it is early days. My cardio has been severely cut from previous weeks, and i have upped my carb intake a bit, this may account for the weight gain.

Yea i am gonna take some pictures tonite, dont know about putting them up here but was gonna take them just for myself, i'll take them anyway and see how brave i feel about putting them up. I do have starting Measurements which i will put up, and i will update every week.

Really looking forward to this one, Feel really fresh no tiredness as a lot of people report on Mythal 1, maybe this doesn?t kick in until later on in the cycle.

Very good workout, cant wait for the pain in the morning, feeling really good can feel the extra strength coming all already can even notice myself filling out a bit in the mirror, this may have something to do with the extra carbs im taking on. thats one week over cant wait for next week to compare hopefully see some improvement.

I feel im being lazy about note training my legs so i'll maybe see about throwing a leg workout in next week if i can work it around my cardio because i really want to keep it up. Maybe do some cardio tomorrow and hit the legs hard on Monday.

I find it hard to believe that M1T is anywhere near as strong as Superdrol....

Alot of people think its more toxic...but despite what is suggested I just cant see a 5mg dose doing anything...

Basically with superdrol available I dont even understand why people bother with this aromatizing prohormone

We work in kgs over here was gonna convert it all to pounds but it would take me to long. :)

I think i over did it a bit on Saturday with my Trap workout, its Monday and they are still really sore. Was gonna do a leg workout today but, as i use a leverage squat machine that rests on my traps i think it would be two sore to use it today, so i'll do legs tomorrow. I'll continue with chest and triceps today, looking foward to it.
So training for this week looks like this.

Mon - Chest + triceps
Tue - legs
Wed - Cardio
Thur - Back + biceps
Fri - Cardio
Sat - Shoulders
Sun- Off

A few things to note in the side effects department, i notice my sleep isnt quite as good i get alot of crazy lucid dreams, also i dont know if its connected but when im running i get shin splints which are much worse than im used to, this mat be to to with the big pumps that M1t causes.

These are not serious side effects in my opinion, the disturbed sleep is not bad enough to make me tired during the day, the shin splints are annoying for trying to keep up my cardio but i may just have to do more on the bike than running.

Just got my New set of Schiek 540 lifting gloves with wrist straps, my old ones without the straps had wore out they are a really comfortable glove so i decided to order a new set with straps this time, looking foward to trying them out.

And I only dosed 10mg/day for 6 weeks.

I can't imagine what 20mg would have been like. (annoying sides)

All in all an exellent wokout, Can really feel the strenght increases coming on now,didnt want to finish, had the most amazing pump, when i went into the house and took my top of i looked massive (well massive to me lol)

Things r goning really well, i live to train at the min always looking foward to my next workout.. :)

What other annoying sides did u get and how long did they take to kick in properly??

Did u gain much muscle and did u keep it when u went off it?

Wot did u do for PCT?

Just a 5k run yesterday (tuesday) took about 27mins and was 380 cal on my HRM.

Still feeling really good at the minute, no side effects that r of any problem, as i said befor just strange vivid dreams but they arnt really annoying my sleep.
I think i will def up the dose to 20mg a day in week 3 and see how that goes.

Back and Biceps today, Cant wait,

Believe it or not my Traps are still slightly sore from Saturday, i def went to heavy at the Shrugs. Hope it dosnt interfear with my back workout today..

A small increase in strength from last week, some increases in weight. Much better workout than the increase sujests, had much better mind to muscle connection i could feel the weight alot better and had stacks of focus.

Still very pleased with the ways things are going, starting to see some size increases as well in my back and chest, these are 2 areas i lag in. If i could keep the pump i have after a workout i would be very happy. Also bodyfat does not seem to be increasing all gains seem to be lean muscle. Also dont really notice any bloat either. I have starting body measurements which i will post soon.

No bad sides to report as yet.

Cardio yesterday (Thursday) just a 5k run took about 27mins and was 360 cal on my HRM.

Gonna hit legs today and then shoulders tomorrow, to get it all fitted in this week. Dont know if its a good idea as im ment to be going mountain climbing on Sunday, and im sure my legs will be hanging apart as i havnt trained them in a while.

not being funny but i'm not 100% sure m1t is a good idea at all under 21, and DEFINATELY not under 18..

yep def not for anyone under 21, and under 18 is really silly, ud end up doing yourself crazy damage for the future, Im seeing no real side effects but im 27 all my growing was done years ago, seriously uve got the rest of your life to try this stuff out if u want just leave it a few years.

Didnt feel quite as good during this workout as i normally do, felt a bit drained during it, got through it ok but just didnt get my usual burst of energy.

Deadlifts
1st set - 60kgs - 12 reps
2nd set - 90kgs - 10 reps

Leg extensions
1st set - 40kgs - 12 reps
2nd set - 50kgs - 10 reps
3rd set - 60kgs - 8 reps

A fairly easy workout, didnt push two hard as i know my legs will be sore untill about Tuesday anyway, will know better next week what im capable of doing.

Hey thanks, yea seeing some good results now, but im expecting these next 2 weeks to be the big gains. i reckon the 2 week course isnt long enough for any substancial gains unless ur running a higher dose???

My dosage plan is in my first post, with more detail but basically its...

Week 1 - 10mg

So as of Yesterday Monday i have upped the dose to 20mg/day. One cap in the morning with my breakfast and then one with my pre-workout meal. We'll c how this goes.

Workouts for this week look like this...

Mon- Chest+triceps
Tue- Back+biceps
Wed-Cardio
Thur-legs
Fri-Shoulders
Sat-Cardio

So its Chest and Triceps day

Warm up - 2 set Bench presses (dumbells) 15kg 12 reps

Flat Bench presses (bar)

1st set - 5reps 90kg (10kg increase from last week but only 5 reps)
2nd set - 8 reps 80kg All in all very happy
3rd set - 10 reps 70kg

Incline presses (dumbells)
1st set - 30kg - 8 reps (more reps than last week)
2nd set - 25kg - 10 reps
3rd set - 20kg - 12 reps

Incline flyes
1st set - 15kg- 8 reps
2nd set - 12.5kg - 10 reps (same as last week)
3rd set - 10kg - 12 reps

Triceps dips
3 sets of 10

Triceps Pushdowns
1st set - 25kg- 12 reps
2nd set - 30kg - 12 reps (all weights up from last week, up 10kg ,max)
3rd set - 35kg - 10reps
4th set - 40kg - 8 reps

Triceps Kickbacks
1st set - 10kg- 8 reps
2nd set - 7.5kg - 10 reps (up from last week)
3rd set - 5kg - 12 reps

Behind the head Triceps extension (machine)
1st set - 40kg- 8 reps
2nd set - 35kg - 10 reps (all weights up from last week, up 5kg ,max)
3rd set - 30kg - 12 reps

Exellent workout, some good strength increases, alot of exercizes up in weight from last week. Still getting crazy pumps. Everythings going well, seeing some mass increase, this includes a bit of belly fat starting but this is to be expected as i have greatly increased my eating and my cardio is way down from what it was a few weeks ago.

A good workout felt much better than i did on sat, the tirdness must just have been a one off. Got a crazy pump in my arms today it was just verging on being uncomfortable had to allow an extra 30 seconds rest between some sets.

As i type this today Wednesday, i note that i have no real muscle soreness in my biceps and back and also i wasnt as sore from my Chest workout as i normally am. I think im am pushing as hard as i can on the weight im lifting and i am varying the workouts a bit so i'll maybe have to do a few more sets in future. I dont know weither this is true but i always assume if im not sore the next day the workout has been useless???

So Cardio today a 5k run should do it.
Cant wait for legs tomorrow, gonna really put the weight up!!

Anyone else think this is to high a dose, should i maybe jus stick to 10mg for 3 weeks with the possability of upping to 20mg for the last week??

I find it hard to believe that M1T is anywhere near as strong as Superdrol....

Alot of people think its more toxic...but despite what is suggested I just cant see a 5mg dose doing anything...

as for the reduced DOMS and muscle soreness, thats great news, because thats a side effect u SHOULD b experiencing.

on my past cycles, i always began to add 2-3+ total sets per bodypart, when the hormones started to kick in. that way i felt i was using them to my advantage and, yet, i knew i wasnt going to train too much. (though, i personally feel its very difficult to truely overtrain.)

Yep feelin good at the min, def gonna start adding in a few extra sets from now on just to make sure im getting the most out of it.

As for the 30mg dose, i know.. I will get through this week before i start making any decisions.

M1t doesn't aromatize. It is a DHT, or rather DHB derivative and does not interact with the aromatase enzyme. It's the 5AR version of dianabol, which is boldenone with a 17alpha alkylation.

As for my two week cycle i'm not looking to put on a whole lot of weight on, my goal is a 10lbs gain throughout the 6 weeks which includes the m1t(i think 10mg will be sufficient) high cal intake with strict diet and Mass system from Nxcare towards the end of my PCT. This goal might be a bit extreme but i don't think its out of the equation, i would still considered it a succesful cycle if i gained/kept 5lbs. Its going to be interesting to compare our gains:) I can't wait to start, i want monday to be here already!

Good workout, weight is up a good bit from last week on squat and deadlift but bear in mind i did go a bit lighter last week, still felt serious strength increase tho, alot more comfortable with the weight as well.

Its friday morning so i weighed myself as usual, Ive only gained another pound this week, which is suprising as it does look like a lot more in the mirror, and my clothes are def alot tighter. Suppose i cant complain as i normally gain unwanted weight far 2 quickly. I reckon we'll see a few more pounds go on next week. Also not really alot of soreness in my legs this morn so recovery time is def improved. Was ment to do shoulders tomorrow, but will maybe do them tonight as i just cant wait, any lethargy seems to have faded again which is good news.

All in all things are good :)

Cheers mate, yea its always good to see the strength go up. The lethargy seems to have faded again i was getting a little bit of it towards the end of last week, but i seem to have recovered from it which is a good sign.

Yep good luck with the goals if u eat like mad you'll def gain, i reckon you'll get to the end of the 2 weeks and want to continue tho, im coming into my last week here and would love to go on for another week.

No none at all mate. I wouldnt get spots very often, even when i was stupid and used to mess about with injectable stuff at silly doses i never really got any acne...Jus my skin is a bit dry on my face, but i think its the Creatine does that to me.

It was just a safety decision as i see most people do not run it for any longer than the 4 weeks at a 20mg dose, To be honest i would love to run it for another 2 weeks bring it up 2 6 weeks as i still feel really good and side effects have been really minimal.

I was considering upping to 30mg/day for this last week, but i feel it would be better to say at 20mg with the posibility of continuing for another 1 or 2 weeks. Wot do you think of extending for an extra few weeks?

As for Running out, id say there is enough in the bottle to double the length of the course.

That **** fooled me....BAD. Although did I got super shredded..gained 10 lbs in 4 weeks on doses of 5mg 1st week..then 10mg weeks 2&3..then week 4 15mg and it was AMAZING...but under all that..its hurting you from the inside...all orals pass through the liver twice to filter. With how toxic the **** is is not very good for you...so DON'T up the dose and DON'T run it longer then 4 weeks. One major thing that happens to many is GYNO...and you don't want that **** man. Its very high with its estrogen rebound..so be careful with your post cycle therapy. make sure you have somthing good on hand..not that pussy 6oxo..get nolva...M1t is a STEROID!

But all that aside..enjoy getting pretty damn strong and have some tight, veiny, skin
Everyone asked me if i was on roids..it got that noticable, with no water retention..pure lean looking muscle..but as quick as it came..i droped 7 pounds 3 weeks after getting off..could of been do to something else..but of course i'm blaming it on the m1t. Play it smart..eat and train right and hopefully you'll get some real good gains...it is good ****..but bad at the same time..you get the idea man. Good Luck!

my cycle lengths have never gone over 6wks but m1t is one strong compound.

u could just play it safe and end it after 4 wks, do your pct, and c how your recovery is. thats probs the good call.

or u could add a week at the same 20mg dose, paying very close attention to sides or whether u r still making gains or stagnating, which, id probably then stop.

id do a thorough search on all the m1t logs where people did 4+wks at 20-30mg. and c what there experiences were...

For your own health i think any longer than 4 weeks at the dosage you've been taking could be harmful. However, i believe liver toxicity from m1t is overrated.

GYNO is a very RARE occurence with M1T, i've seen no cases in person, but have read of a very few on this forum.

Well iv one week left of my origional 4 week course, so i'll make my decision at the end of this week, we'll c how the gains go this week.

Im up 5 pounds in weight from the start i thought this would have been more as i do usually gain weight fairly easily, but i am happy enought that these seem to be good lean gains.

My chest is up from 39'' to 41'' and iv added half an inch to my arms. Im gonna really pile the carbs in this week and see how it goes.

5lbs is solid. The thing i've noticed while taking M1T(last cycle) is that you seem bigger in the mirror like you previously stated. In reality you've only put on 5lbs but i'm sure you look like you've put on 10-15lbs. The first time my best friend took them i was away and i hadn't seen him for a month, when i came back i was like WTF!?!? he actually only put on 10lbs but he looked 20lbs heavier and the dry gains that m1t will give you are very deciving.

Give'r this last week!! Do you have before and after pics? I hope you can atleast post and after pic. Good work geordie!

Another exellent workout, strength still increasing, pumps are now crazy, i feel like a monster by the time i finish my workout, wish i could stay like that all day.

Seeing size increases every day now. The lethargy i was getting at one point seems to have gone, i really dont feel any sides at all now, my sleep is alot better than i was as well. Apart from the good sides it dosnt feel like im taking anything.

Back and Biceps today. Cant wait

Noticed a real harding of muscle these last few days especially round the shoulders. I am really considering continuing the M1T for another week before i start my PCT just enjoying it so much at the minute.

Oh true i didnt take that into consideration. If you have two bottles i would suggest the same kind of tapering scheme but more days for each taper. I can honestly say after doing that scheme from my last cycle i saw no shutdown and libido was through the roof! My strength actually increased too.

My Chest is lagging behind a bit so i plan to concentrate a bit more on it to see if i can stimulate some growth. Have never really trained a bodypart twice in one week before so not really sure how to do it so its a guessing game at the min. Just gonna throw in a flat and incline bench exerice to shoulder program to see what happens as my recovery time feels like its down to a day with everything except legs.

That is really the end of my planned 4 week course, well thats all the training anyway i would have continued to take the M1t untill sunday, and PCT would have started on Monday

I weighed myself on Sat morn and was very suprised to see i was 193 pounds from 180 alot of this has been in the last week, My bodyfat has went up by 1% from when i started 4 weeks ago. I have gained a considerable amount of muscle in the time especially round my Traps back shoulders and legs. The chest is a bit disapointing.

Strengh gains have been incredable as well, i never really had that strong lifts before but these have def become alot better.

As for side effects, these were very minimal, i never really get to many side effects of anything i take but id say these sides were the least iv experienced. Only thing really was a slight bit of lethargy and some night restless sleep mainly due to the vivid dreams i was having.

Good sides included massive pump, and really increased vascularity, strength increase and focus.

So....

Im gonna continue for at least another week maybe 2. I know there is gonna be alot of people say no what are you doing but iv thought about and i dont think it should be a problem i have everything ready for pct and i just want to see if i can pack a little more mass on my Chest just to even my proportions up abit.

So as i type this it is Mon afternoon i have taken my 10mg this morning and i will take another 10mg with my pre workout meal. I had thought of upping the dose to 30mg and go for one last week, but i think it would be more sensible to keep the dose the same and possibly get another 2 weeks out of it instead of risking the increases sides of the higher dose.

So wish me luck People.

as for your point about not working the same muscle group twice in one week--

personally, on my cycles i have always upped my total sets a bit for a muscle group and then if i wanted to work it with more frequency i would repeat my split a day or 2 sooner, depending on how good my recovery was.

so if it was chest/bi on monday then maybe on sat or sun id repeat my split.

btw, congrats on your 13lb gain so far...

Yep iv all the pct ready to go as soon as i think i need it.

Very good log man! I'm enjoying reading along. I think you will most likely be ok with a 6 week cycle. I'm not a big fan of anything less than 6 weeks as I don't feel 4 weeks is really enough time to solidify the gains and create good muscle memory with the increased weights you'll be using by the end.

I would personally go in for a blood test at the end of week 3 and make sure my liver values arn't too insanely high but even without knowing you'll probably be fine!

Great gains man keep pushin that weight around!

Weigh in on Friday morn (empty stomach as usual)

Weight- 195 lbs increase of 15lbs from 5 weeks ago hope for another 2-3 next week.

Very happy with this, its actully a complete body transformation for me i was looking really skinny in the wrong places after my 3 month cut in which i lost far 2 much muscle. I have some before pics which were just taken on my camera phone which i might put up at the end along with my finishing pics.

Im am now far leaner than i was before Christmas and am holding alot more muscle.

My plan is one more week of M1T then 4-5 weeks of PCT and then a really slow 10 week cut before my holidays to Ibiza for 2 weeks at the end of july. (where im sure i'll lose alot of the muscle again) Then come back from there and Bulk Bulk Bulk.

At the min i couldnt be more pleased with this course of M1T it has def surpassed all my expectations, i just hope i can have a good PCT and hold most of my gains we'll see. I plan to update this log for a while yet and keep the progress updated, as long as people seem interested.

thats great gains and serious transformation for sure.

as far as bringin up that chest id recommend a Maxot type workout:
thorough warmup with no prefatigue then directly into your heavy sets using a wt that brings about failure between 4-6 reps. add wt if u can do 7+reps and rest a good 2+ minutes between each set. (after warmup only reduce weight and never add)

also, go directly into your heavy sets for subsequent exercises. no need for more warmups. (use acclimation set if needed)

its worth a shot if thats not how u normally lift...

This is basically the way i would train my Chest, I think i just need to up my sets untill complete failure, i dont like doing this tho as i train my triceps after chest and i think it hampers progress on my triceps, maybe have to look at training chest on its own.

Hope to gain a few more lbs this week :)

i know exactly what u mean when u r talking about the chest/tri and back/bi splits and thats why i personally rarely use them- maybe one 4-7week cycle out of every 4 cycle splits that i use.

i personally love the chest/bi split best followed by chest/abs second. i feel its a perfect compliment to heavy training.

Weight in this morn friday morn, i hit my target for this week another 3 lbs which puts me up to 193lbs which is an increase of 18lbs and im going to continue to take the M1t untill monday and that will be my 6 weeks done, so maybe gain another 2 untill then which would put me at 200lbs a 20lbs gain, which would by far surpass all my expectations at the start of this cycle.

No none at all which i was very suprised by as im told M1t shuts u down hard. Also libido has been through the roof for the six weeks, will be intresting to see how much that drops off throught PCT.

I think im going alter my pct plan a bit, i think with using the post cycle support and tamoxifan there is no need for such high dosages of the 6 oxo extreme. The resveratrol dose between the two products there is a bit ott.

So PCT will look like this

I think this is a more resonable dose. I have already started week 7 at previous dose so as of tonite i will move it down to 360mg or 6 caps.

Thursday shoulders

Alot happier today, felt as strong as ever, even hit a personal best on the shoulder press got up to 30kgs a side so very happy bout that. Tuesday must have just been an off day.

Weigh in this morn at the exact same weight as last week, which i am very happy about it was i aim to stay the same weight. my plan is to hold my weight throught PCT while cycling my cardio back in a few light 30 min sessions per week. Then after the 4 weeks a nice slow cut for 8 weeks before i go on holiday.

Hitting legs again today gonna see if i can borrow a few 20kg plates from a friend see if i can squat 180-200 kgs, wanna try and hit 200, before i start cutting.


Just a note about my sleep now, with the m1t it felt like i was only sleeping for a few hours and then getting up. But now with the 6 oxo and PCS i wake up a few times in the nite to go to the toilet and think its near morning and find iv only been asleep for a few hours. Sleep is must deeper and more peacefull even though i am still having vivid dreams.

Friday - Legs

Felt really strong and focused again today, managed to move up another 20kgs on my squat from last week to 180kg thats about 400lbs want to get up to 200kgs next week.

Sleep is alot better and all lethargy is gone.
I never noticed much shrinkage when i was on cycle, but now the boys seem actully bigger than they ever were. Must be the 6 oxo or PCS doing its job.

Monday will be the big test of strength i reckon i hope to hit the same on by bench this week as i did last week so tonite will tell the tale.

Monday chest+triceps

Managed the same weight this week in most exercizes, a few less reps tho, def feeling a slight loss in power. Gonna have to try hard not to lose it completly.
I miss the feeling of M1t in me, i dont feel like as much of an animal anymore, its the mental focus it gave me i miss the most no weight ever looked like it was gonna be a problem.

interesting, i guess part of the losses could be mental - i.e. because you know you are off m1t you expect to be weaker if that makes sense?

There is a slight bit of that, but i did try to have a positive attitude going into the gym but the weight just felt heavier, but now that the doubt has crept in a bit i hope the mental focus dosnt go completly. Its back day today and im going in for a tough workout im not gonna let it beat me.

Tuesday- Back day

Felt better today went in to the gym with a positive attitude and guess wot it worked.

Pullups were nice and controlled able to feel the full stretch.
Felt very strong on my wide grip pulldowns etc.
All in all a very good workout.

I thought the muscle sorness would have come back quicker now that im of the M1t but i still seem to be recovering very quickly, which is a good thing.

Iv changed my split a bit this week for a bit more intensity, splitting the bodyparts up further to allow more sets per bodypart, i want to make sure im hitting complete failure as my recovery time still seems to be very good. So my split looks like this.

Mon-Chest
Tue- Back
Wed- legs+ abs
Thur- shoulders
Fri - Arms (bis+tris)
Sat - abs
Sun - Off

Wed - legs

Felt strong again today added another 10 kg to my max squat im 10kg away from 200kg now wanna hit it next week.

Looking foward to shoulders tomorrow. lets see if i can hold the power there.

You too are still making strength gains during PCT, good work!

Now that i've been off for about two weeks my muscle recovery is not as good, per say, but its not bad.

Felt myself losing a bit on the bench on Monday but everyting else seems to be good. Muscle sorness is still virtully none existant which i thought it would be back now, but all in all things are good :)

Friday -arms

Its been a while since iv done bis and tris togeather, it felt good to push alot more weight on the triceps exercizes because i wasnt wore out from doing chest first.

Monday - Chest

Chest seems to be the only place im losing real power Bench is def down still did 100kgs this week, only managed 4 tho. Im trying to keep the weight the same with lower reps and do a few extra sets.

I notice a bit more muscle sorness coming back in this week, i think things are getting nearly back to normal.

I should say my weigh in on fri morn had me at 202 so thats an increase of 2 pounds this week again.

Im bringing in some cardio this week, and bringing my calories down to just about maintance, so i expect to be back down at 200 this friday and a steady 2lbs decrease every week after that for 8 weeks.

Tue - back and bis- good workout no real strengh loss noticable, endurance down a little.

Wed - Legs - No strength drop

Thur - abs

I have brought my calories back down to maintence this week in prep for my cut, also 20 mins of cardio on the stationary bike for these three days.

Weigh in on Friday morn is 195.5lbs so that is a drop of 4.5lbs which is a bit more than i anticipated, this just shows the amount of calories that i was eating before, which must have been alot more than i thought.

I was 200lbs last fri the 202 in my previous post was a mistake.

I am going to keep my calories the same this week, and continue with the 3 days of 20 min cardio, maybe do 30mins on of the days.


P.S How i really miss the pumps and vascalurity of the M1t

So im into my last week of Pct now.

Things are going very well only a small decrease in strength and only really on my Bench press, endurance is well down dont have the endurance for as many sets.

Muscle soreness has returned to normal now, but it has taken nearly 3 weeks after the M1t to notice this.

Mon - Chest/tri's

Very good workout felt more energised than i have in the last three weeks, things are back to normal again i think, i iv still held most of my strength.

Tue - Back/Bi's + 30 mins cardio

Tried something different today and really liked it. I did 10 sets of widegrip pullups and then a few deadlifts along with a few other back exercizes, really liked it my back felt so pumped it was gonna burst gonna have to do this more often. Gonna deadlift every other week now, i suppose it was about time i started these properly. Cardio was 30 min stationary bike.

Aim for this week is 2lbs lost. Weigh in on fri morn as usual.

Wed + Thur = 30 mins cardio

Fri - Shoulders = good workout still holding strength.

Sat - legs = strength normal.

Weigh in on Fri morn had me at 192.5 thats a 3.6lbs drop from lat week which is still a bit much as its only 2 lbs a week im looking to drop. I ll maybe cut the cardio back slightly this week.
