due to change in scheduling what i thought would be 4weeks time to prepare has now changed to 2weeks!

i am at 16% bf and need to drop as much fat without losing my gains as quickly as possible...

what would you do in this situation?

16% and two weeks left? stop eating? j/k

To be in a show you need to be atleast 5-6% bf on the high end. that means you need to lose 10% of your bf in two weeks. If you are 200lbs that is 20lbs in two weeks. Since you will no doubt have to lose muscle to lose that fat I would guess you would have to lose 12-15lbs a week and that sounds dangerous. Can you do a later show and give yourself 12-15 weeks to diet down? That way you can retain your muscle. I am under 10% right now and still have 13 weeks to go...and I am worried, you must be freaking out!

i am 217 right now and would like to get at least to 200...
those 17 pounds were a bitch to put on so i dont expect too much touble losing them...2 weeks is just not much time.

as far as BF goes; that is from my bathroom scale and is just my reference...i doubt the accuracy!

suggestions?
besides 'eat less move more'?

My suggestion is to go to the diet section and ask there. Precontest diets aren't about trying to get someone as lean as possible in two weeks, it's about getting as lean as possible over the course of months while sparing as much muscle as possible. And, quite frankly, your dilemma has nothing to do with a bodybuilding competition

There is no way you can go from 16% bodyfat to a stage ready look in two weeks, I don't care what diet you follow. Its impossible.

give up or lower your standards. 4 weeks wasn't enough time to start with.

I hope this is a joke...
