I am 5 weeks out, should I cut out my bread and protein shakes ?

If I cut out my protein shakes, then what can I replace to get for that missing bit of protein that would be great ? and what should I replace my morning toast with as an all natural food

and I have been doing 30 minutes of cardio on my elliptical Mon-tuesday-thursday and Friday, should I up the length or is that fine ?

no point in cutting out protein shakes or bread.. the protein shake is pretty essential immediately after your workout. Just fit everything into your daily macros.

How fast are you losing weight? if not fast enough up the cardio or lower your macros, or a little of both
