i recently came into some money so i decided to change the supps i normally take and buy all new ones i will be starting to tomorrow...
supps:
daily
-Mega men sport
-M-drol
-ON 100% Casein
Pre workout
-green bulge
-Myosurge (an amino complex made by pro_source) with a serving of beta-alanine
Postworkout
-Myozene and a serving of beta-alanine
My diet is very good for bulking up.... very high protein and complex carbs... few fats and sugers and simple carbs... bout 2 gallons of water per day....
My workouts consist of one muscle group per day... usually four to five exercises four sets per exercise 8-12 reps per set
i will be starting with back tomorrow probably in the am... will update with workout log when i return from gym
if any one has any comments, advice, or opinions i'm all ears...
