I have heard of people saying it works great.I bought it and are going to use it this summer and will tell ya how it works then but you probably need a review sooner.

Deceiver I bought it last October. At the time I started I could only bench 205 (somewhere in there) twice. Big plateua for quite a few weeks.
Did blast your bench and got 245 for three by the end of the third week.
Was worth the $20 for me. Drawback is that I did loose a bit 10-15 lbs after it was over, but I still broke my plateau and I can go back and do throughout the year at mu leisure.
The program also includes a blast your squat in the package. I haven't done it yet. I was thinking about starting in the next few weeks.
Hope that helps

i've talked to a personal trainer friend of mine, a former olympic lifter (well almost , he injured himsefl ) and they are all telling me not to do it... it will just overtrain me... im just worried about over training and stuff and making negative progress

Actually in the website thing he talks about over training and he said its not overtraining to lift twice a day if your workout is no longer than 45 mins.Im not sure but I mean its 3 weeks and I'm sure if it doesn't work the losses will not be as bad as the gains it says you can get.

Oh I was sore as hell. But it's three weeks. You can do three weeks.
I'm not one for pulverizing a bodypart, but the program works. If you kept it up you would be overtraining. But for three weeks, you'll be fine. Keep a higher calorie diet and work with a spotter. I don't think you could do it without one.

isn't this the program where you do chest almost everyday??
If it is, I think it's overtraining. Why do you think powerlifters don't do that?? They train chest twice a week, not 5 days a week.

You do it everyday for three weeks, weekends off.
Basic training is overtraining as well, yet thousands get through it each year just fine. I gained twenty pounds between Basic, infantry and airborne school. Overtrained just about everyday for several months.
I don't know how else to say it. I did it as did my training partner. We both made good gains.

yes normaly it would be overtrainging but since it only lasts for 3 weeks it isnt, it just shocks your muscles into growing very quickly.

I've been doing the blast your bench program for 2 weeks now, and i'm not sore at all. I was the third day, but when you lift every day it just stretches the muscle out. My chest doesn't feel tired at all. I'll let ya know how much i end up increasing. I started at 235....

Me and my friend did it and I got nothing out of it and he got ten pounds. I was still in basketball so maybe that made a difference and he hadn't lifted consistently...but it was a waste of 3 weeks for me.
