Until a week ago, i could run (treadmill, doing cardio to get back in 100% shape) easily, no pain and no breath problems...but, since monday, I'm feeling that little pain, and that tiredness on my calfs when I run...It feels like i'm working out with my calfs, but i'm running...
What could that be? how can I solve that?
And another problem i have is: My shoulder "clicks" (it doesnt hurt, the bones just click). It happens sporadically, no specific movement for it happenning...i've been trying to solve this for over a year, stretching, strenghtening my delts and traps, and it hasn't improved much...what could this be? any ideas how I could solve that?

For your calf problem, you probably are on a very high incline on the cardio or you are not utilizing ur whore leg by using thighs and bending ur legs enough. Maybe its just running form.
For the shoulder problem, everybody's shoulder clicks actually. unless u got like pain or its really uncomfortable, u could have lifted wrong. I don't see it as a serious problem.
