I liked this article alot. I have oatmeal 3-4 times a week in the mornings, and I love it. I bought TORANI SUGAR-FREE, CALORIE-FREE SYRUPS (sweetened with splenda) recently in VANILLA, CHOCOLATE, ALMOND ROCA, and ENGLISH TOFFEE. The vanilla flavor tastes absolutley wonderful in oatmeal and coffee. Go out and buy some! You can find a variety of flavors at World Market.

geez lady how much sugar do you eat? oatmeals fine by itself you dont need to heap on the sweetener like that for cryin out loud. pfft. women

Ok, first lets just say that her articles are all the same, and the book is not much better. Basic, to say the least. Not to mention false advertising. Has anyone ventured to her website? They have posted a pic on her main page of her obviously 10 years ago. Then most current a video, you can't tell me she eats healthy or even live a healthy life. She looks about 200 lbs. and full of burritos and beans. If youre gonna preach it lady, atleast somewhat resemble a fit person. That video and her face, yikes, that alone discouraged me from buying anything further from her. Really dissapointing.
